~The boat will be kept at our docks on the bayside of the street. You can easily walk or drive to the dock. It will start with a full tank of fuel and need to be full when it is returned or we can fill it for you for $25 per quarter of a tank on the guage.~
~It's a 10 passenger boat. Basic, adult, orange, life jackets will be provided. Please bring children's life jackets.~
~No need to reserve in advance unless you want it during a time it's not included.~

~A $300 damage deposit will be held at the time of the boat use.~
~No cash value. Mother nature doesn't listen to me, if there is a lake wind advisory the boat will not go out. If there is a bad storm coming the boat will not go out, safety is my insurances first priority.~
~Contact me once you have arrived to set up a time to meet the following morning to sign the waiver and view the boat~ Not everyone uses the pontoon so if you do not contact me once you have arrived I will assume you don't want the boat and I will go on with my day. Please call or text me the evening prior to you taking the boat out to set up a meeting time.~

This property is located just off of Highway 68 but is far enough away that you get very little traffic noise. The neighbors are within eye site but are not so close that you, or they, are interfering with each other. There is plenty of open space on the street for any yard games you may bring. A 5 person pass to the Lake Barkley Fitness Center is included. Here you will find an indoor pool, got tub, sauna, steam room, and exercise equipment. Located offsite.

This house is a 3 bedroom with 2 full baths. The main floor has 1 queen bedroom, the upstairs has 1 queen bedroom, the downstairs is also a queen. This house will sleep 6 comfortably with a 10 person maximum. There are no exceptions to this rule. This is a non smoking house. Pets are allowed with approval. The cleaners charge $100 per pet. The 2 garages are not for guests use. The kitchen is furnished with all your basic cooking needs. A regular drip style coffee maker is furnished, please bring your coffee of choice.

There is a 4 night minimum for all holidays.

If you are staying during the promotion then you don't need to worry about calling me to ask if your stay qualifies. If you choose to bring your own watercraft Devils Elbow boat launch is about 1/2 of a mile away. Kayaks can easily be launched from the east side of the street. Lake Barkley State Park Marina is a short ride up the river or just down the road.

With being on the lake there is always a chance of bugs, please understand we do everything we can to keep the outside of the house clean but sometimes it just is not possible. June, July, and August have what is called a Mayfly hatch occasionally, they do not bite and are good for fishing.
