Oasis at Barkley is a gorgeous new construction rental tucked away along the shores of Lake Barkley and is the perfect spot for your next vacation. With an open floor plan and a modern-rustic decor style, you'll find a pleasing space that meets all your needs. There's fully furnished kitchen with the basics for cooking and baking, an open living/dining area that's flooded with natural light, a master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a bedroom with queen sized bed, and another full bathroom. Outdoors you'll find a beautiful deck facing Lake Barkley and a delightful hot tub to soak away your troubles. Make your this your next getaway and enjoy all the Lake Barkley and The Land Between Lakes has to offer.

There are plenty of outlets available to recharge your boat batteries and your gear while you rest and refresh.

The newly redone Linton Boat Ramp is less than a mile away. There is a nice play area for children and lots of picnic tables for the family to enjoy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- $50 per pet. 2 pets max.

We had a great time! The property is beautiful, clean and remote with plenty of parking!! We brought our pontoon with a 2500 Chevy and a Highlander and there was more than enough room for parking. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place for you!! The Linton recreational area is perfect to launch your boat and the beach area is clean!! Our kids really enjoyed it!! All in all this was one of the best rips we’ve booked!!

Very relaxing . The driveway was a little steep and sketchy to us. It was very peaceful. We loved the hot tub !

We had an awesome stay! Everything was clean and just like the picture. There was actually full size bun beds instead of twin but honestly that worked out better for all of us! Would definitely stay there again!

Bugle of the Elk!!

We had a great weekend!! Cool morning in the hot tub was awesome!! Never heard Elk bugle before. Pretty kick ass!! Would stay again on Lake Barkley!!

Beautiful and well take care of on the inside.

The Property was well taken care of. Beautiful on the inside. The grass needs to cut, and the spider webs cleaned off the doors. The roads to the house were not great for driving cars.

Clean and cute

I agree with other review about spiders on outside of house. (Need removed) This property does not have 3 bathrooms. If you are cooking for 12 bring pans to cook food for that many. Not supplied. Very clean! Nice property. Would stay again. Lack of response from emails left us uneasy for check in bc we were traveling (with 8 and dogs) 7 hours not sure if we would get check in codes etc… received them last minute.

Better Options Out There

Clean, but not comfortable. Property is in a sketchy area...road up to house is challenging. Although it is a relatively new house, the property is not maintained well at all. The view of the lake was beautiful and the hot tub was nice. Upon arrival, the internet was down. After several failed attempts to contact the host, we contacted VRBO. Long story short, we had to contact the internet provider and make arrangements to have it fixed. After we checked out on Saturday, I reached out to the host and have yet to hear back...

Good not great

As others have said, the road to the property is not maintained. The property itself is also not maintained. Upon arrival, we experienced an odor inside that was very unpleasant. The inside was dirty and there was a dead bird on the deck. The deck table was broken and unusable. The grill utensils were scattered on the deck. The WiFi did not work and communication with the host was limited at best. We contacted the internet provider and was assured there was no outage in the area and that the issue involved the equipment inside. We were unable to resolve the issue due to not being the owners. The communication with host, what little there was, did not resolve the issue either. All in all, this property was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend nor will I return to this property or the Sandpiper company in the future. A total waste of time and money.
