A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space, allowing up to six guests to stay comfortably. With a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and window AC units, this home is designed for both convenience and relaxation. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the shared outdoor shower before heading out to enjoy Dewey's vibrant nightlife or settling in for a quiet evening at home. The property includes two assigned parking spots and welcomes one dog with a fee (breed restrictions apply). Linens are not included, but a rental package is available. Please note there is no central AC, and smoking is prohibited on the premises. Weekly rentals are preferred during peak season.
