This lovely Dewey Beach cottage is a throw back to the simple days of vacationing at the beach. Located on the bay side of Ocean Highway it is a short walk to the beach or to the bay. Situated in the heart of Dewey, EVERYTHING is within walking distance.

The cottage is the west side of a duplex and features classic notty pine throughout, a signature look of the early Dewey Beach homes. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. In the large living room are 2 day beds for sleeping extra guest. A large screened in porch with large ceiling fan is the perfect setting for morning coffee or just chilling after a day at the beach. If you want to head into Rehoboth for an evening the Jolly Trolly stop is at the end of the street in front of Grotto Pizza. However, the best way to see what Dewey has to offer is by foot. Everything is a short walk away.

Pets are welcome (additional fees) limited to 2 pets. A maximum of 6 guest are allowed which includes all adults and children. We reserve all bookings to families or responsible and respectful adults only. Please no groups. You must provide you own linens, towels and paper products. Each bedroom has a Full size bed. The day beds in the living room are considered Twin. Smoking is limited to the screened in porch area.

The cottage has central air conditioning and heat for off season enjoyment. All bookings between Memorial Day week and Labor Day week are a minimum of one week . Long weekends are available for off season. Summer Rentals is from Saturday to Saturday. Off street parking is provided for 4 cars. The living room has cable TV, and DVD player. There is free internet access. TV is The kitchen is equipped with complete range, microwave, toaster, blender, Coffee Pot, Keurig and all pots, pans and silverware. There is a gas grill on the side deck. (we do not maintain the propane bottle)

UPDATE MAY 2026: The bathroom has been completely renovated. The shower has rainfall/handheld shower heads. Recessed lighting has been added to all rooms.

Check out time is 10:30 am
All rates are plus 3% Dewey Renters Tax
There is a $400.00 Security Deposit (waived if insurance is purchased)

Half payment is due at booking.
Security Deposit and Balance due 60 days prior to rental
There are no refunds for cancellations or inclimate weather.
