Penthouse Loft- Accommodations for BIG Group Gatherings!

Are you traveling with a large group and would like a memorable experience..? LOOK NO FURTHER!

We cater specifically towards Big Groups who don't necessarily want to be split up. For instance: Family Reunions, Work Retreats, Sport Team Meet-ups, Church Convention/Conference Attendee's, Wedding Parties, Bachelorette/Bachelor Gatherings, or anything else you may think of when gathering together with family and friends.

Our location is ideal, as we're just a few steps away from all downtown activities. We are located 3 blocks from The America's Center Dome. And within 1 mile of The Gateway Arch National Park, Horseshoe Casino, Busch Stadium & BallPark Village, The Enterprise, the Stifle Theater, and the Energizer Soccer Stadium.

Our two 3rd-floor Studio-styled Penthouses can easily sleep up to 20 people each, with their own private kitchen and bathroom. Guests also have access to an ultimate game room and lounge with billiards, darts, ping pong, foosball, 60-inch TVs, another community kitchen and bathroom.

PARKING: Our private gravel lot includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RVs, and groups with multiple vehicles).

This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience, if you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, this property may not be for you. Please note, that our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for real young children or the elderly. If traveling with children or the elderly, please just let us know.

We do NOT typically accept reservations from local residents due to a history of attempted unauthorized parties which were canceled (without refund) before they started. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Visitors are not allowed unless authorized in advance! Any Guests who misrepresent their intentions will result in a reservation cancellation WITHOUT a refund!
