Balconies on each of the three floors look right out over the water, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax and/or entertain with your friends and family! Our unit also gives you access to a resort-style heated pool and spa with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the Florida sunshine. An outdoor entertaining area features two gas grills with all the space you need to enjoy a spectacular day or evening with your guests.
The first floor is a bonus room with a large sectional, table & chairs, TV, and patio with outdoor furniture. The kitchen/family room area is located on the 2nd floor, along with a huge balcony with table/chairs, a laundry room outfitted with a full-size washer/dryer, and a half bath. The third-floor has the luxurious master suite with a private balcony and 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with premium mattresses, for a perfect night's sleep.
A private two-car garage provides ample and convenient parking.
Vacationing at our home puts you at the heart of all Clearwater has to offer. In addition to walking to the award-winning white sand beaches, this well-known Florida destination offers other opportunities to get familiar with the Gulf of Mexico, numerous fishing and boat tours are available from the Clearwater Beach Marina. You can take a 5-minute drive and visit Winter and Hope - the stars of Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Experience everything from a casual Grouper sandwich to fine dining all within walking distance. Each night, tourists and residents alike flock to Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 to enjoy celebrations featuring live music and locally made artisan creations.
Bring your boat and make use of the private boat slip to launch your vessel and spend a day enjoying the ocean. The slip will accommodate boats approximately 40' in length, with drafts up to five feet.

The boat dock will fit a 40' boat, you will need to bring your own bumpers and lines. Maximum draft 4'6".
