Luxurious and modern apartment with garden near the beach

This luxury holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of ​​the town of Cres, just 50 m from the beach.

The approximately 120 m² apartment is partly on the ground floor. It has three bedrooms, an open-plan living and kitchen area and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed (1.60 m wide), while the third has a single bed (0.80 x 1.90 m). The comfortable living area offers views of the Adriatic Sea, a cozy living area and a flat-screen TV with DVD player and music system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and also has a kitchen bar as a dining area. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer, one of them with a bidet. All rooms of the holiday home are heated with underfloor heating. Air conditioning in the spacious living area with open kitchen for cooling. If required, you can use the free standing behind a room divider washing machine in the entrance area.

The fully enclosed outdoor area with garden and terrace is at your disposal for sole use and allows children and pets (on request) a safe outdoor stay. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and sun lounger and offers a view of the sea. For cozy barbecues is a professional gas barbecue ready. You can park your car for free on the private outdoor parking space.

The center with restaurants and supermarkets is about 150 meters away. The distance to the beach is about 50 m. The way to the beach is well developed, so that a stroller or carts can be taken. The associated offices are located in one of the upper floors of the house and can be visited if you are interested.
