This condo is lovingly called the Tree House for it's high top view. (3rd floor, 2 flights of stairs). All the fun is nearby as you are located in the center of town with access to the water. The spectacular panoramic views will enhance your time away.

This is such a great rental unit. So much space and everything you need. The morning view is amazing. The location is perfect. I’d stay here every time I was in Provincetown if I could.

Funky and lovely. Second time we’ve stayed. Perfect location. Views of both the Bay and Commercial St. How can you go wrong? I would caution anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are precarious. But this wasn’t an issue for us. We would stay again for sure.

It was great! Place was cozy and easy to get to. The ocean view is a really nice plus. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and tv, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All you need.

Cozy and colorful nest above the rooftops of Ptown. Wonderful views. All amenities thoughtfully provided. Even a sound machine for the bedroom since you are right above Commercial Avenue! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Space

Amazing Cape breezes and views of the harbor made this cozy condo very special. Centrally located with everything you need. The full moon rising made it a Perfect stay.

Others have said this and I didn’t understand how it could be true but…The Tree House really is better than the pictures depict it! It’s all about the view, the view, the view! Also very clean, spacious, well equipped and ideally located. It’s right on Commercial St. so it can be loud but THE VIEWS! We’ll be back!

You can not beat this location! It was an easy walk to everything. The Tree House also had an incredible view. We really enjoyed staying here. It was also extremely clean! We will definitely be returning.Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Wonderful Stay

The Treehouse is in a perfect location for a stay in PTown. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed for our three night stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the beautiful deck with our morning coffee and an afternoon cocktail. It was a perfect place to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We will return!

Great getaway

Great communication with the host. She answered all our questions. Walking distance to everything on Commercial Street. The stairs are steep but the view is well worth it. Check in/out was a breeze. Parking is right around the corner. Nice little coffee shop there as well.

Absolutely beautiful!

The descriptions of this property by owner and renters are no exaggeration. It’s truly wonderful, comfortable, terrific location. We had an amazing time. Great bed! Firm the way we love it. The only negative I can say is the internet was weak and often went out but as nobody else has commented on this it might have been a temporary issue. Didn’t bother us much. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Visit to Ptown

The tree house is in a prime location if you are wanting to visit the Commercial St. area. P-town is such a friendly and enjoyable community. We had a great time. The tree house was enjoyable and I would only caution what is advertised, two stories of pretty steep stairs. Parking is a little challenging, I imagine it would be more difficult in peak season. Loved our time here.

Amazing location

Great location in the heart of PTOWN! We loved our stay here and look to come back again for sure! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the afternoon and sipping on wine !

Excellent Stay

We loved staying at The Treehouse! Excellent location, private yet in the middle of everything! The roof deck with views of the harbor was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Provincetown.

Hidden gem

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t have had a better time. The location was perfect since it’s right on the Main Street (commercial street) but was tucked away enough to escape the noise and business. The house was very clean- especially the bathroom (which I am always a stickler for). There is a beautiful deck that overlooks the water/harbor that is stunning and perfect for morning coffee and late night chats. Checking in and out was very easy and Sandy was responsive and super flexible. Highly recommend the treehouse- we will be back!

Wonderful Experience, 10 out of 10.

This rental definitely exceeded my expectations - it was larger, brighter, and more cozy than the photos are able to convey. Truly a 10/10 for space, charm, and location. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back and rent this place again in a heartbeat. My favorite thing about this place is the ample number of windows (which can be opened to catch the ocean breeze), all of the natural light and beautiful views of the water and harbor (even from the bathroom), and of course the patio was a great space to relax with a view in the privacy of your own space. The only minor downsides (if any): I don't love the idea of paying a non-refundable fee for insurance. The options were to pay $1000+ as a deposit that was not guaranteed to be reimbursed or to pay for a one-time non-refundable insurance fee. I've never had any issues in past rentals of damaged property or broken items, so I found this to be a bummer extra cost. Additionally, the unit is, as mentioned, quite charming and wonderful but the bed was not a "luxury type bed" - if you are used to sleeping in hotel beds or if that is an important factor in your decision making. I slept fine but I did notice it was a bit creaky sharing with a partner. Overall, this place did NOT disappoint. HIGHLY recommended.

I love sharing this place with my guests. Once you step out on the deck, you are relaxed and inspired at the same time. I never get bored watching the boats come and go. If you happen to be there on a parade day, you have front row seats.

This is a great location with a coffee shop next door, the famous Harbor Lounge just below and our library with the boat in the ceiling across the street. If you need anything from beer and chips to a toothbrush or comb, just grab it from the colorful shop "Essentials" across the street. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful and often very entertaining.
