RENOVATED FALL 2025 – this property is now a beautifully refreshed coastal retreat in the heart of Rosemary Beach. This stunning property received a major facelift in Fall 2025, transforming it from vintage charm to an elegant and relaxing coastal vibe. Ideally located on the south side of 30A, a short 3-minute walk to the beach and steps from restaurants, shops, tennis courts, and the fitness center, it offers the perfect blend of luxury, location, and laid-back comfort.

Living up to it's name, Hope Town Haven Carriage House is designed for entertaining, and relaxing in coastal style. The carriage house boasts an open living space perfect for a couple's getaway or small family retreat. This space includes a washer and dryer with plenty of room to hang clothes and a beautiful bathroom with a nice shower. The smartly designed space offers a full kitchen with a nice island to accommodate indoor dining. Has an attractive and comfortable living area with a 50” smart TV including a comfy queen sleeper sofa that can provide additional sleeping space for kids and 3 additional chairs to relax and enjoy watching your favorite movie. This carriage house has a large private balcony with a nice teak wood table setup for guests to sit back and relax – enjoy breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The upstairs loft provides comfortable sleeping arrangements with a large king size bed, 43” smart TV and cozy sitting area.

Birthday beach trip

My friend and I took a trip to Rosemary for my birthday and this was the perfect place. Very clean easy check-in/check-out. Looks just like photos. Construction on main house was not noisy at all. Walkable! Would stay here again :)

Not an ADA unit. Spiral staircases gave me nightmares

Great property otherwise. Just needs some TLC- lights flickering in bathroom were very dim and no towel holders. Most of the glassware had been greatly diminished but what are you going to do? End of season so I've seen much much worse. Maybe a clothes rack somewhere could help-it was ourwedding and nowhere to hang up the dress.

disappointed in property

There is no wifi for the carriage house. Even though the listing says internet. They said there was nothing they could do bc already had an extender I place (that did not work). Needed for baby monitor. They did rent me one that didn’t require wifi but it took a day to receive. there was a piece of wood holding up the broken sink in the bathroom. The washer and dryer ruined a load of our clothes with mold and the nastiest smell I’ve ever smelt. House is nicely renovated but looks much larger in pictures.

Valentine’s getaway

Stayed here Valentine’s weekend with my wife and the place was perfect. The location is very central to Rosemary beach as well as a quick walk over to Alys. The carriage house was beautiful and perfectly maintained. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

LOVED this little piece of heaven in Rosemary! The location is amazing and the aesthetic of this property is beautiful and modern! Perfect for a weekend getaway or for a week of relaxation with your spouse or for a girls trip! I will definitely be back! Sooner than later!

Location vet vonvenient

Whoever is over maintenance should be sure all appliances should work and maintained. Upstairs bedroom should obtain a chest of drawer for clothing, need a door btw front area and utility for more dressing area . Property decorated very tastefully

Great location but needs some TLC and better customer service

The Vintage Carriage House was the perfect size and location for our visit. It has some great qualities, however we encountered some major issues during our stay. On the 24th I called early in the day to report that we were unable to get the clothes dryer to start. I never got a callback. Maintenance just a note left on the counter on the 26th saying it was fixed. So we were left without the ability to do any laundry while there. We only packed enough clothes to last a couple of days knowing there was a washer/dryer. That was a huge inconvenience to not have it. Also, we reported the fridge was not cold. We found this out after we had bought all of our groceries. Those got spoiled and we had to throw them out. So not only did we have to spend money to buy more clothes but also had to buy new groceries. In addition, we found the rental to be quite dirty. The couch covers were very stained and looked awful. I am surprised nobody washed them in between renters. The floors and walls were also pretty dirty. The bed linens were very subpar, did not look clean and no bed skirt. The potholders were filthy. Food all over them. We tried to report these issues three times to the management company but have yet to receive a response.

Bungalow/Loft great for a couple

Great location. This place was very nice and clean. A few minor fixes would make it perfect. Some floor scuffs and for some reason the wire “wall” next to the bed has loose wires. Bathroom blinds were not working, so we placed a towel to block the view from across the street. The stove top is scorched. Nothing that kept us from having a good time. It is cozy and inviting. Centrally located to everything Rosemary! The outside cleanliness needs work in the carport and driveway. The garage should be advertised with the unit. It was great especially with the limited parking available in the area. The gate is broken. It is really a great place for a couple to stay in. Would stay there again.

Adorable carriage house in center of Rosemary

Great carriage house for my teen daughter and I for a girls get away. Wonderful location. Nicely appointed. Ice maker was frozen shut when we arrived and they quickly came and got it unfrozen and brought us a bag of ice since it was not able to make ice. However, they never came to repair it. It did not effect our stay though because we were rarely home. Would stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My husband and I came down for our 5 year anniversary! This carriage house was the perfect spot for two. We loved the chic and upscale decor that it had to offer. We were surprised at the amount of open windows and natural light that it allowed. We could have used a few more blinds (most of the windows were not covered) but it was not a problem- just something to be mindful of. There are so many amenities that you have access to when booking with Rosemary Beach Cottage Rentals. We had a great experience and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Such a beautiful space and perfect for 1 or 2 people. So close to the beach and the rest of the town. The bikes available made it super easy to get around and was so much fun! Had a great trip and the Rental Company was amazing!! Highly recommend!
