'Sunset Veranda' is 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Courtyard home located in the tranquil, gated community of Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is a guarded/gated community nestled on the beach side of County Hwy 30 - A, between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The community offers lush, tropical vegetation and the Owners in Sunset Beach pride themselves on keeping the properties pristine and inviting. The property includes use of the community pool within a few feet of the home.

The home has been recently updated, exterior painted, professionally decorated, and is located a mere 100 steps away from the beautiful white sandy beaches and community pool. Relax on 'the veranda' every evening and enjoy the view! A warm and cozy environment awaits you. Kitchen is fully stocked with professional equipment and accessories.

Park your car in the 2 car garage during your stay and walk or bike to fabulous dining establishments that are a short distance, such as...George's, LaCocina, Summer Kitchen, Edwards, the Sugar Shack, Peddler's Square, Paradise, Bentley's, Aqua, the Caliza Pool at Alys Beach 30A and more!

We had an excellent vacation at this property. Terrific location: very short walk to beach; easy 5-10 minute walk to restaurants/shopping; quiet & safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—everything we wanted was easily accessible. The unit itself was comfortable, relaxing, and truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already planning to make 30A an annual vacation spot, and we would 100% rebook this property without hesitation. Highly recommend!

The property has a nice location. Dated furnishings, Lighting was strange and difficult in bathrooms. Outside grill filthy so unusable. Kitchen had no bowls for chips, salad. A few cereal bowls. Also no area for storing dry goods in kitchen. The pedestal sinks should be replaced with a cabinet and counter space. In bathrooms. This just needs updating so it is inline with the community.

This is our second time at this amazing home and I am already ready to book for next year. The beds are so comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to stay comfortably for a week (or more). Very clean and excellent location! Can’t wait to come again!!

Home was quiet, cozy and bright! Loved the location - super short walk to beach and fun spots. Being in a gated community was a bonus with very kind and attentive security staff. Not a huge fan of the public beach and access but thankfully not too busy during our visit. We really didn’t want to leave!

This location was perfect. Centrally located between Rosemary and Alys beaches, walkable to most shopping and restaurants. The home was a perfect size for 4 people. The bathrooms could use an upgrade/refresh with a vanity instead of a pedestal sink but we made it work. This home was so convenient to the beach as well. It was such an easy walk down to the beach with our chairs and gear. The home had chairs and beach towels for use which was so nice. The kitchen was well appointed and the family area was a nice sized space. The front deck was large and gave you a little view of the ocean. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again.

Nice location near beach and shops. Beautiful beach, a bit crowded for my taste, especially on weekends. During the week it wasn't bad. The house is nice, very clean and comfortable. One of the cleanest rental houses I have ever rented. Comfortable beds and plenty of nice towels, laundry/dish detergent.

Great location and beautiful home!

Beautiful home with a balcony that is perfect for drinking morning coffee and a small patio downstairs that our daughter loved using. Easy walk to the beach and the garage is a nice bonus. Lots of extras in there to make the beach more enjoyable.

Great location

Sunset Veranda was the perfect spot for our family of three. Such a cute home that is only steps from the beach and a very short walk to the shops at Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

This home is decorated beautifully and has everything you need to enjoy a week (or more) at the beach. The beds are so comfy and plenty of seating in the living areas. We loved this home and will be coming again as soon as we can!

We loved our stay! Thought it was very amazing and the neighborhood was good and everything. Only thing that threw us off was that we thought the beach was more private and also we thought there would be more toilet paper than what was given. But overall an amazing experience and would 100% come back!!

The location is wonderful! The home was clean and very nice! The only thing to be aware of is that you have to park in the garage- which is wonderful- but our Ford F150 had about 2 inches on each side for clearance lol

We had a great stay at this Seacrest Beach house! It is very nice and has all the amenities you will need for your stay. The house is very well equipped, clean and up to date with new furniture. The location is excellent. Very close to the pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again on a visit to Seacrest Beach!!

Great location, comfortable house

Lovely home. Nice balcony with comfortable seating. The garage was a plus for us. Really convenient location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and several great restaurants. Hwy 98 is five minutes away which allows you to skip a lot of the 30A traffic. Highly recommend.

Our stay in Seacrest

Very nice place tucked away towards the beach in a gated area between Rosemary and Alys Beach. It was perfect for our family of four. It was close to the beach and close to restaurants if we didn't feel like cooking. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

Location is great. Close to the beach, but once you get down there, there’s limited space for you to sit and enjoy the waves. We were not informed beforehand that we had to park in the garage during the stay and it was way too narrow (caused damage to our car mirrors despite them being tucked in). The house does come with a lot of helpful accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) When we arrived, we noticed a few areas throughout the house were not cleaned (downstairs bathroom had hair in the tub, pots and pans had caked on food and grime, some small stains on the furniture/sheets/pillows, and the drains in both bathrooms did not drain while in use) but if you can get past it like us, it’s a fine place to stay.

Very close to the beach and pool. Water was incredible. Our 6 and 10 year olds preferred the beach over the pool, which says a lot if you have kids! The house is quaint, clean, and located close to the beach and coffee/dinner spot. If you have kids I recommend renting a car, which is what we did. There’s a garage so parking is not an issue. Only downside is that the steps to the beach make it hard to roll a wagon with your beach chairs. So just be prepared to carry your stuff. Not a big deal for us but if you have toddlers it may be more challenging. Although I will say that there were plenty of families and lots of infants with their families here, which goes to show how family friendly this place is.Overall, we had a great vacation. Highly recommend.

Sunset Veranda- A True Gem

We loved the property. It was clean and well kept, a charming community. The only drawback was the crowded beach. Restrictions were in place because it is a private property, which we understand, but it seemed there were a large number of beach goers each day from other properties. However, they will not prevent us from returning :)
