- BEDROOMS. Three. Each with its own full bath and separated by 1/2 floor from other rooms for privacy. One is always a king bed. The other two can EACH be made up as one king or two twins -- (YOUR CHOICE: PLEASE LET US KNOW) : The default is two bedrooms will have KING beds and ONE will have TWO TWINS but PLEASE let us know. There is sleeping for two additional people if you specifically request it. This is provided with 2 high end air mattresses that can be fully made up as beds. These can be in the living room OR one each in other bedrooms. (Its too crowded to put both in the same bedroom).

Winter Olympics and ranked the Best Town in America by Outside Magazine. Conveniently awaiting you is an underground garage with two parking spots and a ski locker dedicated to you.

Walk up one floor from the garage to a quiet, private court yard to B4, a three bedroom 3 ½ bath condo. The beautiful, naturally lit condo with skylights and endless windows is your home away from home. Two of the three king sized bedrooms are uniquely interchangeable depending on your party. Whether its 3 king sized beds, or a king and 4 twins it’s completely up to you! All are equipped with smart TV’s accessible to your streaming services, and personal bathrooms with full baths. In the master bedroom there is a steam shower to help relax you after a long day on the slopes. Each bathroom is set with plush towels and a few days’ worth of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Forgot your hair dryer? We’ve got some available for your convenience. Feeling the altitude and desert air? We have humidifiers in each room to help comfort and sooth your soul.

Snuggle up in soft sheets under puffy duvets in cozily decorated sunlit bedrooms. Need space? Have no fear, each bedroom is separate from the others and common areas.
Cooking has never been easier with our fully equipped, updated kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. Whether it’s a rice cooker, a crockpot, or spices we’ve got it. A dining table set with 6 chairs and additional seating at our breakfast bar, with four additional stools have views of snow, trees and mountains.

Enjoy our living room, with a gas fireplace and a large smart TV connected to our WIFI and available for you to connect your streaming services. Its also equipped with a DVD player and an HDMI port in case you want to stream your own videos and movies. Have no fear, we have high speed WIFI with free access to the Internet. Also available are a handful of board games, puzzles, and fun family activities.

Sore from a long day of skiing/snowboarding? You’re in luck, we have a large hot tub on one of our 3 decks overlooking Park City & Deer Valley ski hill views, the twinkling lights of Old Town, and the hundreds of stars. 2021 install of the gas fireplace allowed us to eliminate the chimney that (may) still be in pictures on this site.

Pack lightly, because we have also have an in-house washer and dryer at your disposal.

Don’t feel like driving everywhere? Conveniently enough there are two bus stops -- one in each direction --directly outside Sunspot, going both directions. In one direction its 1/2 mile to Ski Magazine’s regularly chosen top U.S. Ski Resort Deer Valley. In the other direction, it's 1/2 mile to Park City Ski Resort, now the largest in the U.S. (since Park City and Canyons combined). Deer Valley honors IKON PASSES. Park City EPIC Passes. The slopes have never been more accessible from our location. It takes a whopping time of 3-5 minutes on the free shuttle to both Deer Valley Ski Resort and Old Town Main Street’s Town Lift, and its shops, restaurants, and night life. Don’t feel like taking the shuttle? It’s an easy, downhill 6 minute walk to Main Street.

If you’re looking for a scenic day trip there are also 6 other world class ski areas, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Powder Mountain, and Snow Basin just a 40 minute car ride away. Don’t forget about Salt Lake City shopping, Mormon Temple tours, and diversified restaurants also just 30 -35 minutes away.

So what makes our home different? Rather than a generically decorated condo, we pride ourselves on our décor. Enjoy unique poster artwork from local festivals such as the Sundance Film Festival and the 2002 Winter Olympics throughout our condo. We're also a family owned condo.
