Perfect for our girls getaway weekend for 5. Location is awesome because it’s close enough to be able to walk to all the great shops and stores but far enough away to be quiet. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing. We have no complaints and recommend the rental.

Thanks so much Melissa. It is my goal to have a townhouse condo that others enjoy as much as I do on the too-few chances I get to stay there. I also pride myself in being responsive when issues to arise, either personally or through my housekeeping and management folks on the ground. Please do returned. By the way, summers are on believable out there! Harry

Weekend Stay For Sundance

We had a great weekend at the house! So easy to get into town and everything went perfectly.

Dear Perri, Thanks for the nice review. It speaks volumes for not only the condo itself but the people I work with to manage and do housekeeping that you had a great experience during Sundance, simply because that's the busiest time of year (more than Christmas/New Years, more even than Presidents) for the locals, and they are stretched to the gills. We love the location too! 9 buses an hour during high season a few steps out the door, or a 10-minute walk into town. Can't be beat. Come back again! Harry
