Inside it's breathtaking, with a pool table, poker table, foosball table, shuffleboard, video console, and more. Covered porch with BBQ grill, patio table, plenty of seating and a beautiful hot tub.

Stay was good.

Close to Boardwalk and NASA. The house was clean and well stocked. Outdoor area was fun. Cooking was easy and evening games were fun.

Great house

We really enjoyed this house! The pool table and the hot tub kept us entertained most of the time. The house was very spacious and in a good location.

Great location, beautiful home

Had a great family vacation here - close to boardwalks & beaches, Houston & Galveston activities as well shopping and restaurants. Tons of things to do on property as well. Huge kitchen & lots of beds for everyone. Oh, and lots of stairs - I wouldn’t recommend for people who can’t climb lots of stairs.

Great experience

Overall stay at this home was good. Property management communicated quickly and problem solved with keyless entry issues that arose. House was a bit dusty throughout especially on top level but it didn’t take away from the great experience. Very spacious. There was trash in the front of the property most likely from garbage pick up. My family and I will be visiting again in future.

Nice place

Property is just as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of games and distractions for the kids. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Owner was responsive and check-in was easy. Still a lot of road construction in the area, but overall a good central location near Kemah Boardwalk and not far from NASA.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pictures don't do it justice, its beautiful! Everyone stayed entertained with kids games, adult games, and very adult games. Lol. We live in the area and I would love to spend another staycation in this house. Claudio quickly responded to all my messages. He is very nice and a pleasure to work with.

Great Place for A Girls Weekend

We rented this home for a girl's weekend to celebrate a big birthday. The home had a great setup to accommodate a larger group, with several twin beds in the game room upstairs. The TV was a little tricky to figure out in the beginning, but we were able to resolve the issues by messaging the owner. He was always quick to reply to any questions we had. We did run out of toilet paper and had to restock, so it would have been nice if a few extra rolls were stocked in each bathroom to make the stay more convenient.

Wonderful Place!

Best Vrbo home ever! This property was even more special than described! It is truly a lovely home and has everything you need. It is furnished beautifully and is so comfortable. The pool table was a huge hit and the kitchen is well equipped and the five gas burner stove top was perfect. There is a large pantry to store all the food and paper goods. There’s plenty of seating for eating and also for relaxing and visiting. The hot tub was clean as well as the above ground swimming pool. Our kids and grown ups alike had such a wonderful time. The bedrooms were comfortable and very large. The main bathroom was huge with a large shower and tub. It was well stocked with towels and hand towels but did not have washcloths. However that is not a problem. The AC kept up with the heat and we were totally comfortable. We had 4 children ranging in ages 6-11 and they LOVED the upstairs game-room/bedroom. There are 5 twin beds there and a fold out couch. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. When we come back to the area we will definitely book there again!! All you need to bring is your shampoo and body wash and you will be set! Thank you to our wonderful host and thank you for making this trip to see our granddaughter’s wedding just perfect in every way!!

Nice house could use some improvements

House was as pictured. Lovely! Kids loved the games (pinball, foosball, and pool table)! Here were the problems we found: (I’m only listing so the owner can improve his property.) Two of the four games on the kids room were not working. Hard to check in with Kevo smart lock. Five different adults tried many times. Tried calling owner. Left one message. No return call. Called several other times because his mailbox was full. Emailed him several times on the app. He finally returned our call and quickly gave me the code for a key box to retrieve one key. Then the struggle was having one key to lock and unlock door for 12 people for 5 days. One easy improvement that could be made is adding plungers to every bathroom. Currently there is one plunger in the whole house. It is a basic dollar store one that is very cheap and flimsy. We made sure to use little amounts of paper but still had at least three clogged toilets. Taking used plungers up and down stairs is disgusting. There were no trash bags to replace liners once full. We had to go purchase some and left for the next guests out of sympathy. We had to purchase many kitchen supplies as one pot one useable skillet and one cookie sheet are not acceptable to feed a large group. No whisk, potato masher, casserole dishes. The towel rack in the downstream bathroom kept breaking. The jack and Jane bathroom shower was very slippery. Most everyone ended up using the master walk in shower to be safe and not risk a fall. Also, we would probably not have chosen this house if we would have known how much current construction was being done right beside it and behind it. Workers making loud noise and walking through the front and back yard were quite disturbing. Despite these annoyances, overall, we had a good stay. Beautiful house. Got to spend great times with family. Many memories were made. Would recommend once these things are fixed. Thank you for allowing us to use your property! Great location!

I really appreciate your feedback and I’ll do my best to correct the issues you mentioned. I’m really sorry about the key problem, however, it’s only happened a handful of times before and was always fixed within minutes. I can only think there was a problem with the internet in the area. I only received one message thru the app, after you had called me 3 times, and I called you within 15 minutes. Had you given me the opportunity to correct the problem, I would’ve done it right away. I sent you a message the morning of your second day asking if everything was going well but I never received an answer or a phone call. I assumed everything was okay. If I don’t know, I can’t react. I’ve worked really hard to keep the good reviews. One thing I’ve been praised for is my quick response to all requests.

Relaxing Place

This was a great location for our sailing crew to relax and get ready for the next day of racing on Galveston Bay. A lot of room and amenities with the hot tub, pool table and games.

Amazing Home

This was a perfect home for our family trip.. Lots of space and beds for our group of 10. The pool and hot tub were a perfect end to our days of adventures. The owner was very courteous and helpful!!

Awesome Getaway

My family from GA, TN and TX rented this Seabrook Property as our home away from home, to attend the graduation of a family member from Texas A&M Mays Business School graduate program in MS Analytics (we are so proud!!). This lovely home was as pictured in the VBRO listing, and I wish we could have stayed longer! You will not be disappointed in this property, great for families with kids and pets and a great location. They recently installed an above ground pool and our kids loved it! The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is that while it is listed as having 4 bedrooms, only two bedrooms comfortably accommodate adults. The upper level is great for kids, with 3 twin beds and 2 full beds and lots of games. However one bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out full bed which is much to low to be comfortable for adults. We did have some trouble with the Kevo app for the key, but the owner was very responsive and resolved the issue. Great communications with the owner Claudio Palma, and he is very responsive. One of our family members lost their iPhone which Claudio found and graciously went out of his way to return. Some areas of improvement would be providing wash cloths (very nice towels, but no wash cloths) and maybe some coffee tables in the living room for guests to place their drinks on. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and I would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future! Thank you Claudio!

Great place with plenty of space!

Communication was superb and location was perfect for our family. With 7 adults and 4 kids, there was games for the kids and space for the adults. The hot tub and pool was clean but the hot tub was cool as he had someone come to fix it and continued to not work correctly, I’m sure it’s getting fixed. The house and beds were comfy. Plenty of board games (thank you) and we never ran out of hot water. Great kitchen as we cooked most meals. I really like this place as it felt like home. Definitely recommend.

Family Friendly

We had 4 adults and 4 teens with us on the trip and we were all able to sleep comfortably and there was plenty for everyone to do at the house. The kids friendly playroom was great for the kids as they winded down and the patio and balconies were perfect for the adults.

Relaxing and well equipped

My family of four from Ohio and my parents from California traveled to Seabrook for my daughters Gymnastics meet in Houston. We were only 40min away from Houston, which is what I was looking for; away from all the chaos. Claudio's house in Seabrook was in a quiet location. It is away from the busy streets and it had walking/biking trails near by along with a skate park and a ball park right next door. The house is close to Kemah boardwalk which is still nice to visit during the winter months. The house was well equipped with everything I needed to cook, nuke, or bake. The television on the main floor was easy to use and easily connected to my phone by cast when needed. The beds were comfortable and warm. Many towels and wash cloths were available for everyone staying. The kids absolutely loved the game room Upstairs, but most of all , we took advantage of the pool table. The house had perfect temperature on all floors considering their were two units to help control the AC/Heat. Sitting outside on the terrace was most enjoyable InThe mornings and afternoon when we can enjoy the sun. The spa was easy to use and heated up quickly. No complaints! Claudio kept in touch when we arrived and also during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The only frustration I had,while staying in Seabrook, was out of Claudios control. Unfortunately, they are doing construction along the main road, so getting over the bridge to Kemah was like people on spring break going to the beach. So, when you do visit this beautiful home, keep In Mind to allow atleast an extra half hour to get to where you need to when going over the bridge. Other than that, staying at Claudio's Seabrook home will NOT be a disappointment.

Mr. Claudio made my stay very comfortable

Mr. Claudio was an amazing host just a phone call away. He had an answer for anything we asked. I got married while enjoying this amazing property!!!! I will definitely be returning.

Very enjoyable stay

Claudio’s property turned our hurricane evacuation headache into an enjoyable vacation. His house has plenty of activities to entertain a child and we enjoyed our time there. We felt that the property was clean and ready for us upon arrival and Claudio was available via text and VRBO messaging throughout our stay. Will rent again if we are ever in the area.

Seabrook

A nice, roomy well maintained house that is quite comfortable. Game rooms provided just enough to keep the entire group occupied. We had a really nice time.

Family vacation

The air conditioner on the floor with the 3 bedrooms would convert to 78 degrees for some reason. This was too hot for sleep so had to change during the night. Hot tub was extremely clean.

That’s the ECO set up on the thermostat. I would’ve told you how to cancel it if you had answer any of my messages. I made myself available the first day but you never replied to messages or phone calls. I’m really sorry that such an easy fix made your stay uncomfortable!
