You took one look at our house and decided you did not like it and were not going to be happy with it. We brought you a new BBQ, then because you could not figure out how to work it, you told me that I had bought a bad one (I bought the one with highest rating). We tested the BBQ again, it was working fine. You complained that you liked to take walks, and did not enjoy walking there because dogs were barking at you. You then asked for some new furniture as ours was not comfortable. I brought 2 dining chairs and 2 deck chairs. You complained that the living room furniture was “done” so I brought extra cushions. I believe that you wanted me to purchase new furniture for the living room, I declined to do so. When I informed you that we were leaving town for a couple of weeks you said to my face “I hope that you find a better place than this," at which point I offered to refund the rest of your money. This property is our house, we are not property managers, and I was highly insulted by the comments made about the house. I am proud of my near perfect 5 star ratings and the steps we take to make the house as inviting as possible. We do not advertise as a luxury property. What we do advertise, and we consistently deliver on, is incredible views, a large deck to enjoy them from, comfortable beds, and a very clean property that is very well stocked. Perhaps in the future you should stay in luxury resorts with a concierge and in the midst of town.
