Quick little getaway

Perfect location for a Nashville trip. Super close to everything, a Walmart down the street in a hood neighborhood, and the comfiest beds. I would recommend and stay again.

Very happy!

We really enjoyed our stay!. The location is about a 10-minute lyft ride to all the hopping spots, the beds were sooooo comfy, and the host was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving stay

We had a nice stay in this cozy three-bedroom, visiting our daughter over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were able to make a full Thanksgiving dinner there, so the kitchen was fairly well-appointed for that. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a convenient location.

Perfect Location

Great little spot! Home was clean and there were snacks provided along with waters and breakfast. I would recommend, the only thing we would have liked was to have a half bath outside of main bathroom.

Excellent stay

Highly recommend this cute little bungalow! Nichole is the hostess with the mostess! From leaving us staples like coffee, creamer, eggs, bacon, bread, waters, yummy snacks to thee most amazing comfy beds! Not to mention how conveniently close this neighborhood is to downtown! We definitely will stay here again next time we visit Nashville!

House was exactly as shown. Everything went smoothly and there was many nice touches that showed Nichole cared and wanted us to enjoy our stay! Location was great for access to downtown Nashville, Grand Ole Opry, Gulch, etc. Highly recommend and will stay here again in future! Thanks!

Best host ever

The house was in perfect location to Broadway only about a 10-15 minute Uber ride. The house cannot have been set up better. Came stocked with snacks, water, eggs, bacon and more. Will definitely be staying here again for my next trip.

Great celebration

We spent an excellent weekend in Nashville at the Cole house. Nichole was an amazing host. Her communication was outstanding and the bacon, eggs, coffee and other snacks were a great touch! The house was very clean and was well located. A memorable weekend for our family!

More Than Par....It's Five Star!

Our crew absolutely loved this place! It was everything we were looking for and more. We were just a short walk away from Fair Park where the music festival we attended was being held. The neighborhood seemed safe and had neighbors that spoke to us during our walk each evening. The house was very clean upon arrival, and we were amazed by the snacks and necessities that were provided. The host was super nice and very responsive to any messages that were sent. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Amazing

My friends and I stayed at this house for a girls weekend trip and loved it! We all talked about how cute it was all weekend, and the location is very convenient. Nichole was awesome with communicating with me about any questions and constantly reminding me not to hesitate to reach out to her. We also loved that she included breakfast and snacks because we took full advantage! I love this place, and hope I can stay again in the future.

Best Host Ever!

We l9ved staying in this home. It is so charming. Nichole left us everything we might ever need or want. From mouthwash, tootbrushes, hair products to yummy snacks. Pretty much everything you could need in the kitchen. The little coffee station was fabulous. Nichole was quick to respond when we sent texts and so kind. We will definitely be back.

Doesn’t get better then this!

Nichole was the best host I have ever had. Her home is clean, comfortable and stocked to the hilt with everything. She went above and beyond with snacks, bacon and eggs provided, water, drinks. Effortless check in and a short Uber ride to ALL THINGS NASHVILLE! We had an awesome trip and our VRB0 at Cole House was perfect! Score it a perfect 10!

Great house, great host!

This house is a perfect stay for Nashville! Not far from downtown and there is a nice little bar with in walking distance. The home owner/manager was FANTASTIC! She checked in on us to make sure our stay was going good and if there anything we needed. Checkin and out procedures were super easy. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Even provided us with shampoo, laundry soap, snacks and breakfast! There are 3 great sized bedrooms, great kitchen and a fenced in back yard with a nice deck and patio set. I would highly recommend this place!

Relaxation from Broadway 😉

Nichole was great from the moment we booked to check out. Very responsive to any questions I had. The house is very welcoming! From the breakfast provided to the full coffee bar, to the basket of items in the bathroom "in case you forgot" The Cole House has thought of everything! The beds are extremely comfortable with plenty of blanket options dependent on your liking. It was a bit chilly during our stay to take advantage of the private backyard. We did walk to Publix and Hattie B's. Nice quiet space away from the craziness of Broadway.

Great Value and Great VRBO!

We had a great time at casa de Cole. The price was great, the location was great, the property manager was great. Each Uber cost between $9-$12 to lower Broadway or Midtown. There is a grocery store (Kroger) about 2 miles ($8 Uber ride) away. The three bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen bed and the living room is a great hang-out spot. The kitchen was stocked with coffee k-cups and we loved having the washer and dryer. The porch is a great hangout spot as is the backyard. The dining room was also a great place to eat and play cards. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Comfortable and clean!

House is as advertised with lots of nice little extras like breakfast food and snacks! Very well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very easy to reach which was nice because wifi went out the first night we got there due to summer storms and was not restored during our four day stay. This was a bummer because all tvs were unusable and we couldn’t really do any work. But there is nothing a host can do about the weather and she was certainly communicative and supportive about the wifi status.

Charming Home, Quiet Neighborhood, Close to Everything

This is a lovely older house that feels comfortable and inviting. We stayed with our three young adult children and were very comfortable. The living room is smallish, but actually very cozy and inviting to hang out together. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed -- the provision of breakfast items (eggs, bread, fruit, etc) by the owners was a very nice touch that we have not experienced at other properties. The washer and dryer were great and all of the appliances worked. Really, a nice property. As far as location, Nashville is an easy city to navigate and the property was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do while visiting. The universities and their surrounding neighborhoods are a very short drive away as is downtown and all that it has to offer. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. If you are looking for a modern, hotel-like experience, this is not the property for you. If you prefer a comfortable, home-like stay, I very much recommend this one.

Great time.

Stayed at this house In Nashville. It’s in an up and coming neighborhood. Lot of little bungalows in the area like the one we stayed in. Sad to see they are being torn down for newer houses and condos. This house is a very quick drive to the area attractions. Mostly 10 to 15 minute drive. The house itself was very pleasant, keep in mind it’s an old house but very well maintained. 3 bedrooms and only one bathroom. This only caused a small issue that we were able to work around. The beds were very comfortable also. They did supply breakfast food for us, but we did not use it, because we were on the run first things every morning. But it was nice that this was an option. The owner of the property was very easy to deal with and would answer out text within minutes of us sending them to her. Just an all around great experience!!

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable house with all the amenities of a hotel in a prime location near downtown/music row/vandy then this is it. The house is clean with a nice outside sitting area! The bedrooms are nice size with super comfortable beds and pillows, plug ins for your phones, fans and tvs. Coffee is available in the morning with a kuerig and creamer and breakfast snacks. Super comfortable sectional in the living room with large tv and fan when your hanging out! The bathroom is super clean with great hot water and pressure! The host is far superior to any I’ve had! She is easy to test and get ahold of and has left extras like lotion, mouthwash, shave cream, shampoo/conditioner, amazing snacks the kids enjoyed and simple instructions! We had to do a load of laundry when we got there and everything is readily available! Felt like I went from my home to an amazing second home without missing a beat! My husband was concerned there would be noise at night but no, quiet little neighborhood with easy access to the interstate. 10/5 stars would recommend this to anyone!

Golfing in Nashville!!

Everything about the stay was amazing starting with our host and the property. It’s not only conveniently located 2 miles from the heart of Broadway and all of downtown but we were 15-20 minutes to some of the great public golf courses in the Nashville area. The best and most unique part of our experience was with the wonderful home they let us use and all of the little items they go above and beyond with. Coffee Tea, the breakfast items- just every little detail that could make your trip more comfortable. If you’re coming to Nashville this is where you want to be. Nicole was in contact from the morning of until we left to answer any questions or address any concerns(which there were none). The only disappointment was we didn’t get to use the beautiful back yard area enough!!! Thanks again we will be back!!
