Incredibly comfortable Avocado Queen mattress with topper bed, work desk, closet, dresser, washer and dryer in unit. HD Tv with cable and internet access for your personal streaming preferences.
All utilities & wireless internet included. Located on Lake Sammamish, bike and walking trails are at your door, or simply relax to the view of the lake. Minutes from Grocery/Deli, Coffee, Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment. On the bus line. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, built in microwave, plug in cooktop, coffeemaker, dishes, cookware, Washer/Dryer in unit, HD-Smart TV. Queen bed, Access to the shared yard including Hot tub, Lake Sammamish, dock, beach, canoe, kayak, paddleboard, snorkeling equipment, swimming. (No lifeguards), Barbecue grill. Picnic tables
Patio has comfortable outdoor furniture, picnic table, Gas BBQ grill, and propane heater for those cooler nights. and of course the hottub.
Idylwood park is walking distance, Marymoor park is a quick bike ride down the street. Downtown Seattle is a 20 minute drive.
Enjoy swimming or simply relaxing on the beach after work or after a site seeing trip into Seattle.
The back yard is shared with a friendly family dog, we clean the yard regularly, the dog is curious but is not allowed in the apartment and will not enter.

Nice place, a bit hard to find, tucked away. Not really as private as I was hoping for, we could hear footsteps above, but it was still a nice place to stay.

Cleanliness: 5+ * Bed n Bedding: 5* Owner communications: 5* Amenities in Unit: 5* Everything excellent and plentiful Amenities by lake: 5* though we were unable to enjoy due to COLD Lake temperature Cooking utensils: 5* OVERAL RATING: 4.85 1. There can always be room for improvement, i.e., platform around hot tub to us seniors to comfortable access, 2. Grab bar and/or bench in shower for us seniors. Slate tile floor not great for barefoot walking. In summary: Had a great time and would definitely rent the unit in the future.

Perfect 5 Star!

Everything about this property is captured perfectly in the listing. What is not captured are the small things that Kevin and Katrina do to make your stay feel like home. In addition the beauty and serenity as you have your morning cup of coffee on the doc. Or when you settle in to the hot tub after a day of adventure. Most important was their ability to assist us when we had an unexpected death in the family. We can’t say enough about the entire experience and our gratitude of having a warm place to be with caring hosts during such a difficult time. This property and the hosts will not disappoint you! An added bonus is the best shower head ever!!!

Relaxing Lakeside Getaway

We can't say enough great things about the Viewpoint lake front property. The unit appeared to be recently remodeled so everything was in excellent condition. Queen bed was very comfortable. The unit faces east so bring eye covers if morning light bothers you; there are blinds but some light still comes in. Kitchen was well stocked and the knives were even sharp. Ken was very responsive during the booking process and flexible when we needed to make a change. The property is quiet, has easy lake access and makes a good escape from the city while still being very close to Bellevue and Seattle city centers. We were able to easily paddle board and kayak right off their beach. Ken, his wife and dog Dino were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend it!

Quiet and peaceful

The property was small but functional. The owners were courteous and polite making sure I had everything I needed. The space was very well maintained and clean. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good view and a quiet place to stay.

Very clean apartment underneath owner’s home. Functional kitchen if you want to cook (cooktop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, no oven). Loved having access to the deck and dipping in the lake! For people with allergies, do be aware that the owner has a dog, but we didn’t encounter it much so it wasn’t a problem.

Always wanted to live on a lake - we purchased this house in 2008. It has been a blast living here. Living that lake lifestyle. The view of the lake and park like backyard is incredibly relaxing all year round. The private setting makes you feel so relaxed like you are far out in the country even though you are minutes to downtown Bellevue or Seattle.
During the summer coming home and going swimming everyday is the best. Nothing makes me happier than watching the bald eagles and osprey hunt and fish. Occasionally we get otters playing on the dock, Beavers living close by and deer wandering past. Of course the Blue herrings are always near by.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

What is truly fabulous about this house is the private park like setting of the back yard. It is so rare to have such a private setting on a lake like Sammamish that is basically within a metro area of 4 million people and is such a popular lake, yet this property is lined with trees and sits well below the road giving it a very secluded private feel. You will think you are far out in the country.
