Equipped to sleep up to 11, this is a perfect home when you are traveling with friends or family. Its superbly equipped kitchen, comfy beds and decked out garage with bikes, beach gear will have you relaxing and having fun the minute you arrive.
Located in Waikoloa Beach Resort means you are only minutes away to several other white sand beaches (and even a unique black sand beach), award winning golf courses (Waikoloa, Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea Courses are all within 10 minutes), groceries, restaurants, theaters and entertainment.
A PERFECT DAY IN PARADISE
Let chirping birds awaken you, and enjoy your breakfast on the lanai. Explore the island's best beaches or go on an adventure. Rainforest, waterfalls, ancient lava fields, Hawaiian culture, best scuba and snorkeling in the USA, golf, deep sea fishing, or exploring the top of a 13,000 foot mountain are all activities available to you. Sometimes the simplest pleasures of boogie boarding with your kids, teaching them to ride a bike in Hawaii or building a sand castle together can create the longest lasting memories. On the way back from your excursion make sure you grab a smoothy and try a world famous Malasada.
Once home, grill up fresh fish and veggies, or burgers or grass fed beef, mix up a tropical drink or take the bikes over to Lava Lava Beach Club for cocktails and dinner or to watch the sunset.
Family evening at home ? Play some games, watch a movie on the outdoor TV while soaking in the pool or spa, or savor dinner on the lanai. There are options and plenty of space for everyone.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 14 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large 70" UltraHD 4K TV, as well as a separate family room with its own TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.
The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment.

We love hosting families with keiki (children) ! All Paradise In Hawaii Luxury Homes welcome little one's. Our home has a pack'n'play, high chair, baby monitors, kids plates, cups and cutlery. For toddlers we have bed safety rails, toilet seat adapters, swim belts & jackets, kid sized bikes and even a step stool so they can reach the bathroom counter to brush their teeth.
POOL SAFETY
Please note. County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.
FUN THINGS TO DO
A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach. The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
