This exquisite 3-bedroom, 3-full bath villa is located on the 10th hole of the prestigious Mauna Lani South course. While relaxing on the main lanai or the owner's suite lanai you will be amazed by the 180-degree view of the golf course, the evening sunsets, and the swaying palm trees with the ocean in the distance. Not too mention the views of the esteemed homes in 49 Black Sands Beach. Rumor has it many celebrities reside right across the fairway from this villa.

As you move to the front of the house the views of the volcano and pool are breathtaking.

You will want to experience this villa with over 2300 square feet of living space. The great room features an entertainment area with a large flat screen TV and a cocktail/game area to enjoy a hand of cards or an afternoon of reading and watching the golfers.

The owner's suite is a retreat unto itself, decorated in nothing else but the island favorite, Tommy Bahama. The suite features a huge walk-in closet, CalKing TempurPedic Mattress, remodeled bathroom with walk in shower and dual shower heads, enclosed toilet and two sinks.

The beach-themed upstairs bedroom features two twin beds and attached guest bathroom. For those vacationers looking to surf both the Hawaiian waves and the internet, the upstairs study / loft is the perfect spot to connect to the free WiFi Internet access. The study / loft also includes a day bed and trundle for additional sleeping.

The downstairs bedroom is perfect as a second owner's suite, featuring a queen bed and full bathroom and a flat screen TV.

The gourmet kitchen will meet the needs of even the most demanding gourmet chef. Recently updated with new GE Cafe appliances (including induction cooking, air fryer, and beverage cooler). The outdoor kitchen makes an evening BBQ on the lanai while watching the sun set a reality. If choosing to dine inside, a beautifully appointed dining room seats 6 with additional seating for 4 in hand carved chairs at the kitchen bar.

The villa comes with the much sought after private Beach Club access card (where you will discover some of the best snorkeling on the island), discounted resort golf rates, access to the Mauna Lani Fitness and Racquet club. We had a wonderful stay in Mauna Lani and the accommodations were top notch! The unit was clean and welcoming and worked well for our family which included our 14 month old granddaughter. The beach equipment was more than I expected and the snorkel gear was quality and worked very well. The beach was perfect for all ages an the snorkeling great! I highly recommend this unit. It is also very close to the pool which was beautiful and not crowded at all.

A gorgeous, well-located property that had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Karen, the owner, is very responsive and the house is stocked with everything you might need. Wonderful family location

The location and house were excellent! The owners are easy to communicate with and accommodating. The house was really well stocked and had a lot of beach chairs and a few great umbrellas To enjoy at the beach. The private beach club and pool were wonderful to enjoy. The community is great with a grocery store and good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect! Thank you!

Amazing trip!

We traveled with my mother and children ranging in ages from 11-80 and nobody was disappointed! When youā€™re traveling with family and friends, sometimes it is difficult to find just the right combination of beds, and this place was absolutely perfect for us! From the day we were married and honeymooned in Hawaii, my husband and I had a dream to own a piece of paradise. In the Spring of 2007, we were finally able to realize that dream with the purchase of the villa in Mauna Lani.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

After vacationing to the Big Island for over twenty years we knew this was the Island for us. You get a little bit of everything: golf, snorkeling, white sand beaches, black sand beaches, green sand beaches, active volcano, rain forest, snow, whales, dolphins and on and on!

Once we knew the Big Island was the Island for us we then narrowed in on Waikoloa and Mauna Lani. Ultimately we chose Mauna Lani because it is very peaceful, the beaches are some of the best in the world, the resort amenities are ranked in the top 5 annually by many travel publications and we loved what the Golf Villas had to offer with the gorgeous resort style pool, large townhome style living, the views from our lanai and the upscale finishings. Come see for yourself the gem we have discovered!

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We are the original owners of this property and worked with the builder each step of the way throughout the building project. We hand selected many of the finishings and after we purchased the home we brought in one of the island's top interior decorators to custom paint and assist in selecting the furnishings.

Many of the furnishings were custom made including most of the wood pieces which were designed specifically for our villa and custom made in Bali. There is a combination of teak and mahogany with hand carved palm leaves and honu turtle.

You will find this property is a home and not a 'rental unit.' We reside in the villa ourselves between 4-6 months each year. The fact that we spend so much time 'on island' will be noticed as soon as you step through the door.
