Our beautifully decorated and furnished west Maui oceanfront studio makes for a convenient space to enjoy all the island has to offer, and a cozy clean place to return to after exciting new adventures. After a long day of activities you can relax on your private lanai while taking in another beautiful West Maui sunset!

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie. Complimentary activities may include: Maui Ocean Center admission including the Humpbacks of Hawaiʻi 3D Sphere Experience, Whale Watch (seasonal), Snorkel and Sunset Dinner Sails, Farm Tours and more!

Beautiful property with amazing views, kitchen had everything needed to cook and pretty clean, the check in box got stuck and we had arrived late, so glad I got it to work.

Could have used hot pads for cooking. Curtains were very dirty & would’ve like a heads up about the 6 days the water to the building was going to be off for the entire building. May have chosen another place. Beautiful spot

Just to clarify, the building water shutdown was part of scheduled maintenance handled by the HOA, and we pass along confirmed updates as soon as they are available. Our kitchen setup follows a standard inventory list, and we will double check the hot pads and curtain condition with our team. The condo was exactly as pictured. Great location, wonderful view. We sat on the balcony and watched the whales play a little off shore. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to make a meal. The whole facility is beautiful. We didnt really use the pool because we prefer the beach but the pool looked nice, though no jacuzzi. The room did not have AC but did have alot of fans to keep us comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property!

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is a bit dated but everything worked well and the view from the balcony more than made up for it.

Everything was wonderful

The room was as advertised. Small kitchen with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The king bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was large enough for the two of us with a closet in the sink area. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We watched for and saw whales every morning as we drank our coffee. The host was very responsive when we had a question.There is no air conditioning but we knew that. It did get very warm at night while we slept and fans were found in the closet.

Can't beat the view!

We had a wonderful 10 days in this just right for two property. The view of whales, walking the beach, the waves, and lots of turtles is just what we wanted. It was clean and neat, we could have used a few more towels, but we just used the laundry facility in the building when needed. We would love to go back!

Paradise outside your balcony

The view!! You can whale watch from the balcony! Beach is small but nice and private for the condo owners! Shopping and food truck just down the street! The condo is working 5 miles of front street, where all the action is for shops, food and excursions

Everything we wanted and more.

It was the best scenic view from our room with palm trees and ocean waves. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was big enough for me to cook breakfast in the morning. It was near restaurants and grocery stores. We didn’t have to pay for parking which was a plus. The next time we come to Maui, we will definitely stay here.

Awesome!

This unit was amazing. We had everything we needed. The beach chairs and cooler were nice extras. We loved it here. It was a perfect location and the condo itself was perfect for 2 people. The parking was simple, and access to the unit was simple. The view from the lanai was perfection.

The view is amazing and the bed is very comfortable. The room is what we expected. I do however have a couple suggestions; We were there during a state wide State of Emergency and went a little over 26 hours with no power. We did find some battery operated candles in a decorative box, but none of them worked, I would suggest storing batteries in a separate baggy with them to preserve the battery life. The screen door is quite difficult to latch, so it rattled during the wind storm. Overall we found your condo to be very comfy for 2 people.

Honeymoon Trip

The location and staff were great! We were there when they were doing spalling which was very noisy during the day. They also had to shut off the water for most of the day on our last day which was very inconvenient when we got back from our excursion and needed to shower before dinner. But over all great views of the ocean and in prime location.

Wonderful spot for ocean view

Love the location and view. Everything was satisfactory. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Very Nice that towels and beach chairs/bogey board/cooler we’re included. Toilet is a high pitch tone that is pretty annoying. Toilet tank is cracked. Should be fixed. Otherwise all perfect.

Great location , nice condo, right on the water

We loved our stay. So close to the water, the beach was great as well. We saw whales almost every day. The only thing to note is that the pool in the photos taken looking out from the balcony is not the complex pool but the neighboring complex’s pool. The pool for this complex is not water side. We didn’t use the pool at all as the beach was so nice. No complaints at all. We loved how easy it was to just walk to the little store nearby, The bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved that we could relax in bed and look out at the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

We normally don't stay in the room when we travel, but this was an exception. We actually stayed in the room 2 of 7 days just enjoying the room, the view, the breeze - we didn't need to go anywhere. The bed near the lanai was like having a beach-front bed. Why get all sandy when we could just lay here and watch the waves?We ate mostly on the lanai - breakfast, lunch, dinner. The bed was so comfortable that we wanted the model number so we could buy it for home.It's hard to think of anything that was negative. We did need the fans for sleeping - but the cross-breeze made it feel like sleeping on the beach. If I had to make one recommendation - I'd like the option to turn on air conditioning, but we did NOT need it.We stayed a second week at a different place and wished we'd just stayed here.

Amazing view and location

You cannot beat the views and location of this property! The resort itself was also beautiful. There were only minor set backs like a malfunction with our screen door and rust/dirt along some of the doors but not a deal breaker. It did get pretty hot at night because it does not have an air conditioner but we knew that when we booked. If you can’t tolerate heat at night I would suggest you only book here in the winter/cooler months. We visited in the middle of September and it was about 85 degrees at night still.
