Welcome to Your Maui Retreat: Looking for the prefect Hawaiian getaway? Create memories that will last a lifetime at the Papakea Resort D304 offering all the comforts and amenities to make this your new Maui home away from home. Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie. Complimentary activities may include: Maui Ocean Center admission including the Humpbacks of Hawaiʻi 3D Sphere Experience, Whale Watch (seasonal), Snorkel and Sunset Dinner Sails, Farm Tours and more!

Limit one free ticket per activity per day, per reservation. Additional tickets available for purchase. Activities offered may vary by home or condo. Activity offer available for stays up to 35 nights.

Property Notice: Papakea Resort will undergo some work on the seawall area intermittently mid-October 2026 - February 2027.
Any intermittent work will take place between Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Although the resort is large, Guests may experience some construction noise during limited days when the construction is near the L Building. We appreciate your understanding as the resort completes this necessary improvement project.

One of Maui's popular vacation spots, Papakea is a peaceful Hawaiian Style low rise resort situated on 13 acres right on the ocean just a short walk to north Kaanapali Beach. The lushly landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with red ginger and red palms. At dusk, every evening, the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds through-out the property. Papakea's location is as good as it gets! Within minutes, an easy walk to Duke's, shopping center, Farmers Market, coffee shops, sandy beaches, snorkeling and surfing.

This is a great location with easy access to the beach and main roads to Lahaina and other parts of Maui. The grounds here are extremely well kept and tidy. The amenities are amazing. I have recommended this place to family and friends as a go to spot to stay on the island! I look forward to visiting and booking my stay here again soon!

The view was amazing, the condo property was nice and quiet, the cleaning service did an excellent job, the staff was beyond helpful when we needed things or there were issues. There was some construction going on at the ABC store possibly behind the property. It didn't last longer than an hour.

Our stay was AMAZING! The room was clean and was exactly as pictured. It had the most beautiful view. The room had every thing we needed to get started with our stay. The location was ideal with food options and a grocery store within walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool/hot tub area. We will definitely be back! *The resort complex offers a free lei making class on Saturdays, it was wonderful! Definitely worthwhile!

Our stay at Papakea was everything we could have hoped for. The condo and the entire property were beautifully maintained and matched the pictures on VRBO. We were especially impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail of every staff member we encountered from the check in desk to the grounds crew. Would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing vacation in Maui!

Honeymoon in Maui

Pictures are the exact view. It was wonderful and a great property to stay at. We loved the pool and mini golf as well as look & feel of the property itself. It was also a great location to do things across the island.

Great vacation

Can’t wait to stay here again. It was wonderful! The only complaint I have is the RedCross station was set up just across the way and they were very noisy early in the morning.

My husband and I booked this VRBO for our Maui honeymoon and had an amazing time! The unit was clean and the condo grounds were kept in immaculate condition.

A week in paradise

Have rented many places on the West side of Maui and this rental was the best. The condo was set up for max usage and we had everything we needed to enjoy our short vacation. Highly recommend this unit and facility.
