The modern home has a huge 3 car garage, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious living room and kitchen. Simple, modern, and beautiful living spaces inside and out!

** In light of COVID-19, our cleaning crew is taking extra care to sanitize door handles, light switches, remote controls, and other areas where hands touch. We are also providing disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer for guests.

The Master suite offers plenty of room with a king bed, sleeper sofa, and chair. Also includes a 48" TV and a private door out to the backyard/pool area. The master bath features a walk-in shower with two shower heads and a soaking tub along with a roomy, walk-in closet. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have queen beds and their own private bathrooms. The bunk room can sleep up to 6 and has direct access to a bathroom. Also included is a pack n' play along with an air mattress for your convenience. Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the laundry room during your stay!

The living room provides plenty of space and seating to allow you to relax and hang out. Also has a new 75" smart LED TV! Large windows flood the room with natural light and double sliding doors allow easy access to the covered patio, backyard, and pool.

The kitchen comes very well equipped for all your cooking needs. The HUGE island provides seating for 6 with room for 8 at the dining table.

The outdoor patio has a gas grill and offers comfortable seating in the shade and lounge chairs by the pool. Pool and Spa are both salt water. The 18" wading deck is perfect for both little ones and adults alike! A variety of pool toys are also available.

IMPORTANT NOTE - The cost to heat the pool is NOT included in the nightly rate. Pool and Hot tub heating is $100/day. We set the pool system to heat between 82-85F. (Actual temp may vary slightly.) Pool heating recommended from Oct 1 - May 31.

Pets are NOT allowed on the property. No Exceptions. Any pet or presence of a pet found on the property will result in, but is not limited to, a $500 fine.

-This is a strict NON SMOKING property. (This includes Vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.

-Pets are NOT allowed on the property. No Exceptions. Any pet or presence of a pet found on the property will result in, but is not limited to a $500 fine.

Parking:
-The home has space for up to 6 cars (3 in garage and 3 on the driveway). Boat/ATV trailers possible. No overnight, on-street parking allowed.
