SPLASH into the ultimate family vacation in Southern Utah! Located within minutes of Sand Hollow Reservoir, beauty and adventure await you around every corner. Splash is the vacation home you have always dreamed of, with a private pool, private spa, splash pad, and outdoor fireplace; you will never run out of things to do!

Splash is a beautiful 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home that comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee on the patio watching the sunrise over your private pool. Head out to Sand Hollow Reservoir for a day full of adventure; cliff jumping, paddle boarding, exploring the sand dunes, or renting a boat for the day are just a few examples of all the fun to be had! For a more relaxing day, grab a pool floatie and head out back to your private pool! The kids will love being able to splash around in the splash pad instead of fully submerged. With many lounge chairs, catching rays is enjoyable in or out of the water! The fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, indoor and outdoor seating make dinner parties for friends and family a breeze. Grab a cold drink and relax your tired muscles in your private hot tub as the sunset paints the sky an array of colors. Roast a few marshmallows around the fire out back under the starry night sky for a sweet treat! Wind down with a bowl of popcorn and cuddles on the couch, with a Smart TV and Dish, picking a movie everyone will love is simple. Our short reservation was well accepted and the hosts communicated quickly with us.Accommodations were very nice, but maybe lacking in details.There was no guest information book, missing a TV remote, and the place had tons of spiders and beetles. It would have felt a bit more lux if the place was sprayed for bugs and thoroughly swept and blown out.

What a wonderful Labor Day weekend the house was great. The accommodations were great in the pool hot tub and splash pad were well. Enjoyed by all. Highly recommend this home for families.

Perfect Pool Home!

This house was perfect for our girls getaway! We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. During the end of June heat the pool was the perfect, the AC worked great and beds were comfy. We'd stay again for sure!

Recent Stay at Sand Hollow 3334

Hello! Thank you so much for hosting us at your property. We had a great stay and overall were very happy with the home & amenities. The only issue we had was that the top of the Hot Tub was very VERY old and essentially falling apart. While it's not a huge deal to me personally, I think a small investment to replace the top would be worth the money for future guests and ratings. It did not do a good job of covering the hot tub which led to there being a lot of dead bugs in the water and it was very difficult to get back on and keep together especially with how windy it was during out stay. Otherwise, everything else was great. We loved how comfortable the couch was, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed and the pool was amazing. I would maybe update the pool cover instructions as well as it took me a few minutes to figure out you have to put in the code, press the check mark, then HOLD the open button. We did not use any of the game room stuff and most of our time was spent in the living room/kitchen, back patio, and pool. We had a great time!

A nice place to stay

The house was big for the size of our family. It is in a nice neighborhood. There is a SuperWalMart about 5 minutes from the house if you need anything. It's about 40 minutes from the entrance to Zion It was clean inside and everything works. The Master bath show has 2 shower heads. One is backwards where you think it is hot water but it's cold water and vice versa. The pool outback was very nice to have after long days of hiking. I would say the landscaping in the backyard needs a major overhaul. Quite a few overgrown bushes and trees where the leaves drop into the pool and a few dead bushes that need to be removed. You are about 20 minutes from St.George if you want to go to a bigger city for things. Would I stay here again? 50/50. The house is good. Is it memorable? Probably not, but if you want a clean house that just serves as a roof over your head, this is a great option. If you want something memorable that is unique, you may want to look at other options. It serves a specific purpose

Disappointed

We booked this house because of the reviews and location but were completely disappointed. Home inside was clean and nice only complaint would be every remote needed batteries, but the exterior of the home (The Oasis) needs some work. The pool deck has pavers sinking and/or lose (tripping hazard) including the Electricial conduct running across the sidewalk. Pool was full of leaves when we arrived, hot tub cover is destroyed and hot tub needs to be cleaned out as it was full of leaves and debris the backyard is completely overgrown bushes, leaves and just needing attention. Front lawn was overgrown looking abandoned, side gates broken so no real privacy from the street since the gate had to be left open against the fence. It was a real disappointment

Great family oasis!

We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities that this home offered. The pool was heated which was amazing and a must for our April stay. The fire pit was a nice touch at night and we enjoyed the patio area every day. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The entire home was clean and well kept with everything you would need. We felt very much at home after our 7 day stay and would recommend this rental to our friends and family!

Get away

We booked for an early Christmas get away. The house was amazing. We got to relax and spend time as a family. We had a great time. House was very clean and we enjoyed our stay will book again!

House was exactly what everyone was looking for. Close to great national parks and great golf courses. The house had great features. The pool was perfect as well as the game room.

Sand Hollow Getaway

Our family loves to have group vacations, and we love to ride side-by-side RVs. This home is close to a great recreation (riding) area and was perfect for us! We had no complaints and will definitely return again!

Not quite an oasis!

When we uncovered the pool it had a dead mouse floating in it. The photo definitely depicts a beautiful oasis and although pretty not quite the what we were expecting. The game room has no air conditioning and 2 of the bedrooms do not have queen beds but small doubles. We turned on the ceiling fan in the family room and dust flew everywhere. Clearly it had not been cleaned in several months. We loved how close it was to Sand Hollow, but felt this was slightly misleading.

Pretty good

The house was spacious and comfy. The only complaints were that the backyard was messy. There was a pizza box and old Wendy’s cup by the hot tub and pool. Those could’ve blown in but leaves everywhere and giant spider webs could’ve been leaf blown prior. There are a TON of cockroaches at night so it doesn’t seem like the property is sprayed for them. Only saw 1 cockroach inside in the hallway bath tub. The white hand towel in the master bath had make up foundation on it (none of us wore foundation so it was either a stain or dirty and we didn’t notice until we were cleaning up the property on the last day since it was on the backside of the towel). We did notice everything was labeled but the labels were not accurate (one shelf said there were 12 cups but only 10 actually in the cupboard so hopefully those things had already been logged). We did appreciate the extra towels, pool toys and shampoo/conditioner. For 5 star prices we just expected it to be a little bit tidier and less roaches.

Close to adventure, home for relaxing

Really nice to be so close to Sand Hollow and a nice drive to Zion. Kids loved the game room. The kitchen/ dining/ living room were great for cooking and hanging out. The pool is nice, but it was too hot to really enjoy it. Overall, really glad we found this place.
