This unit is the perfect place to spend a romantic beach vacation. This cozy efficiency unit offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Guests can enjoy a cup of tea and watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the sunset. This unit has a mini fridge to keep drinks cool and a microwave.

What's nearby:
The pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from this unit. The resort offers a sky bridge to assist guests in getting to the beach. The resort also has a rooftop pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool. Dine at The Royal Palms restaurant that is located inside the resort or head out to one of the many restaurants nearby. Find the perfect beach souvenir at one of the local beach stores or head over to The Silver Sands Outlet Mall and find plenty of designer items.

Needs a lot of upgrades.

Iā€™ve been coming to Surfside for 40 years and have been in many units, both rented ones and ones where my family lived. This unit needs a lot of work, upgrading for me to ever considering renting again. Of course thereā€™s no way to tell that based on posted pictures. 2 stars is on the generous side but the bed was at least comfortable to me but my husband did not think so due to the mattress being worn out.

View is amazing, room - not so much!

The view is the best thing about this place. Very small, but sufficient for two. The air stopped working halfway through our trip and was over 80Ā° at one point. Luckily, a similar resident was experiencing the same issue and informed us of what she did to fix it. The sheets were stained, and towels had hair on them. The chair in the room is absolutely disgusting and needs cleaned or removed. Bed was comfortable, and room furniture appeared clean. View was spectacular and the balcony was spacious. You have to pay for ice, 25 Ā¢ for a small bucket. Parking is limited but was not an issue for us. The hotel restaurant was very good!!

Loved the view and the spa. The room needs to be updated; the bed needs to be replaced. The walls are very thin and could hear neighbors. But the check-in was very frustrating. We had a 4:30 massage booked (latest we could get) and requested early check-in (in advance) so we could change & shower first but that didn't happen. Waited patiently until 4pm, finally got our code to get into the room and it did not work. Had to go back to front desk, wait in line again, get new code.

Underwhelming

This condo was underwhelming to say the least. We were provided with the basics. The furniture is old, the mattress is sagging, and there were used solo cups on our balcony when we arrived which looked like it hadnā€™t seen a broom in years. The after hours check in process was ridiculous in that the packet they stated they left for us was not available, so thankfully our car did not get towed overnight. We had to wait until the front desk arrived fashionably late the next morning for our wrist bands to use the property amenities and get the access code for the beach. Donā€™t bother trying to use the ice machine in the lobby if you donā€™t have an endless supply of quarters, as it will only spit out one cube per quarter if youā€™re lucky. The front desk doesnā€™t have change for refunds or to even break bills, and their solution was for us to go to the hotel next door to use their ice machine. No thanks. We wonā€™t be back to this property, unfortunately. The only thing good here was the beach access being across the street and the view from the room of the white sand and clear blue water.

The only good thing about it was the water pressure in the shower and the view of the emerald coast. It certainly wasn't worth what my husband and I paid for the week. I was quite disappointed.

I'll start off with the cons because there was only 1 maybe 2 I can think of. Bring your own toilet paper. We only got 1 roll but luckily there are 2 Walmarts within 10 minutes from this location. The 2nd "con" is that we got a room facing the beach which also faces the beach front bar/tiki hut bar at the base of the bridge that takes you from the resort to the beach which means at night you can hear the people having a good time at the bar but it was all forgotten as soon as you opened the blinds and got a look at the beach in the morning. Vacasa was great at commutating with us and made all the instructions very clear and easy to follow. We checked in on Sunday after hours and it was a very easy experience. The room was clean and had a small fridge and microwave. A broom in the unit would have been helpful with the excess sand but not necessary. Kurtis is the gentleman you speak to in order to have your beach chairs and umbrella set up. He's very helpful and makes your beach experience very pleasant. All in all it was a great experience and we will most likely he back soon.

This property was filthy, old, and smelled terrible. Did not appear anyone had cared for it in months. It was entirely overpriced for what was provided. This should not be a property rented out to anyone until 1. A deep clean is done 2. New bedding is provided, including pillows and 3. An update is done. Check out at 10 is unheard of. Especially with no where to hold our bags. We were left wondering around for 5 ours with our bags while waiting for our flight. The pool was disgusting, and the hallways were filled with mold and soggy carpet. What kind of a place makes you pay for ice?! If you ask me, this was terrible customer service and I will not be giving vacasa or this property another cent of my money.

Highly Recommend!

Great oceanfront view. Very nice and clean room. Was advertised accurately. Price was unbeatable from what I could find at the time I booked. Hotel was very nice as well. This is a great room for a couple to get away. We did not need a 1 bedroom condo as we hardly use the kitchen and living room area. I had no idea they had 0 bedroom condos until we ran across this room on Vasaca. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Beautiful view!

We needed a place to stay for a few nights before going to our regular condo. This is a great location! The room is excellent for a couple (studio). Perfect room for what we needed. Maybe slightly outdated. Excellent shower! Be prepared, the water pressure is crazy high. Like, fire hose pressure! We will stay here again next summer, Lord willing.

Good room

We found this condo and booked it because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities the resort offered. The condo was very small, but we didnā€™t need a lot of space. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The view, spectacular! For the rental rate, it was a great experience.

Until vacasa gets a handle on allowing 12 to 15 guests in a room who are gone all day and then return between 11 and midnight hollering, banging furniture and slamming doors, we won't be returning.
