*Unit 4259 is located on the West side of the building. Some CONSTRUCTION is scheduled to begin on September 22nd on the East side of the building which is on the opposite side of the building where this unit is located. There may be some construction noise heard during the day. Construction starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM every day except for Sunday. Chances are that it will not be a problem for you but we wanted you to be aware of it prior to booking.*
