Cocoa Beach Paradise - direct ocean

Ocean front condo directly on the beach with swimming pool. Two bedroom, two bathroom first floor unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach. Walk 50 feet from rear patio to step onto the beach sand. Our unit is located in a small 3 story building with 9 units total. You will have access to the swimming pool and one car garage.

There is a fully appointed kitchen with pots & pans, dishes & utensils, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer. The private rear patio sits directly on the ocean and you will have access to the large paver deck with lounge chairs that is steps from the patio.

BBQ grill is coated on south side of building.

During the summer, we have mandatory lights out on the exterior of the building and this includes light from interior windows. This is an environmental law put in effect to encourage sea turtles to next at night. If you go for walks at night, please refrain from taking flash lights or disturbing the sea turtles. If you are lucky enough to catch them in action, stop and watch from a safe distance so not to disturb the mother. If she returns to the sea, those eggs are lost forever. We have a seashore rich with life! Enjoy all of the critters and fishing available from the shore.
