Perfect convenient location, great for a group

Fantastic location - less than 5 minute walking distance to both town and the gondola. We had a group of 4 couples staying for a wedding, and it was a great set up and size. Overall loved our stay and would definitely return

Telluride Vacation

Excellent stay at this property in Telluride. Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Nice touch having the boot dryer. Everyone enjoined the steam showers. Would stay again!

Christmas in Telluride

It was a great stay and super close to the Gondola. Skiing was so fun and it snowed on Christmas. It was magical!

Ski Telluride

This rental was perfect for our party of 8- two families, each with two teens. We loved the proximity to town and the 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom set up. We skied, shopped, hiked, and ate at the most beautiful places. We’re all ready to move to Telluride. What a wonderful town and resort!!

Wonderful Telluride Experience

Perfect choice!

4 adult men stayed for blues and brews and had a great time! Wonderful Location, well appointed, great decor. We used the kitchen which had everything we needed. Easy walk to festival grounds. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Wonderful, spacious house in ideal location

We spent a week in this house during the Telluride Film Festival. The house had a ton of room for everyone. The location was ideal, close to everything in town and to the gondola. Definitely a great house for our vacation!

Great Stay

No issues at all with the house, we spent a lot of time on the slopes and eating out and used the house for sleeping but when we were there it was cozy and clean. Great location, made it really easy to get around town. would stay again! Thank You

Great gal getaway

Always love the locale and comfort of this property. My book group goes every fall and we have a great time. Nice privacy as well As communal space. Well stocked kitchen. Will definitely return next year!

Exactly the right spot!

Just finished 5 day trip to Telluride for the first time. We didn't know much about the town or mountain. So glad we rented this house on the city of Telluride side. Walking distance to Gondola in ski boots 3 blocks no problem. Accommodations were fine. Space is tight on that street, but all neighbors were very nice. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Ski House

Recently returned from a wonderful ski vacation in Telluride and this home fit our group perfectly! It's a short, couple of blocks walk to the gondola. You can walk everywhere in Telluride so no need for a car. The house was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and the bedrooms being on different levels gave everyone their own space. Definitely would stay here again.

Great stay and location

We were 8 people and found the property very comfortable. There is no bathroom on main floor but we got used to it. And the altitude takes a load on you with all the stairs, but we made do. The kitchen was great and we cooked in 4 times in the week! Thanks! We loved our stay and appreciated this property!!

Family Vacation in Telluride

This was our first visit to Telluride and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. This home is very convenient to historic, downtown Telluride and the free gondola that you can take to Mountain Village. There was no need to use our car once we checked in because everything was within walking distance. The home was clean and well-equipped as advertised. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Telluride.

Perfect place and location!

First time to Telluride and traveled with our 8 year old son, his best friend, and his parents. The condo was so open with lots of natural light, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Our son and his friend got the top floor which was perfect for them to hang out with twin beds and their own bathroom. Easy walk to town and the lift/gondola. Great introduction to Telluride and we want to come back!

Telluride with family

The house was located in a great spot. Parking was tight but we had great co-renters who were very cooperative. The kitchen appliances were high quality and the house was very clean. The basement bedrooms were tight and utility room was noisy but it did not detract from our stay. We highly recommend this place for families of 7-9.

Great location, lack of air conditioning a real issue.

Lack of air conditioning is a real issue. 80 plus degrees in Telluride is hot. VRBO mountain owners insist that high altitude negates the need for air conditioning. Not true! The location is ideal. Short walk to the gondola and Colorado Avenue. Kitchen is perfect for family meals. Family area is cozy and inviting. The mountain setting and the views are amazing. The host was excellent.

Relaxing summer getaway

What a wonderful vacation! Very stylish and comfortable house with quality bed linens (important to us), a perfectly stocked, sunlit kitchen, nice jacuzzi tub, and a deck for cocktails with ski slope views. It would be a great place for extended family groups (kids have places to escape to) . We were delighted to find the location is so central. It is steps away from a wine store and thai restaurant. A 3 minute walk to the main part of downtown is just far enough away to be quiet, but with the feel of "downtown Telluride". We brought our bikes and rode all over town along the bike paths. We love Telluride in the winter, but haven't spent as much time there in the summer. We loved it and hope to stay here every summer!

Great location!

Pros: Beautiful location in Telluride - close to gondola, Cosmo, “there” restaurant, the Goose transportation, and downtown. House is on 4 levels so be prepared to climb stairs! Ample kitchen and living space. Owners very responsive. Cons: 3rd floor needs a little work: mattresses and pillows not very comfortable, no hanging rod installed for clothing in 3rd floor closet, 3rd floor vanity light and shower handle not working. Overall: Needs a little bit more TLC, but I would definitely rent again (location, location, location!) and try not to put any adults on 3rd floor.

Hike, run, ski, mountain bike, and walk downtown all from the house. You won't have to drive at all once you're in town!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The house comfortably sleeps 9 people with privacy on each level of the house. We have two steam showers and a large jet tub for relaxing after a full day on the trails or slopes! Just a short walk to the gondola!
