Thank you so much for staying with us and thank you for your kind words. We especially appreciate how clean you left the house. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the size of the bedrooms and the lack of air-conditioning. We hope that it’s clear from the listing that the rooms are small based on the pictures and that we don’t have air conditioning per our listing. We are working on an air conditioning solution, but there is not large enough external wall space for a split or and the house does not have ducts for central. We stay at the house with some frequency as it is our personal vacation home and we rarely find the lack of air-conditioning to be an issue, however, the past few summers have been warmer than average, and it is on our radar. The house is on a well system so does not have the water pressure that would come with municipal water. Thank you so much for staying with us!
