This beautiful A-frame offers gorgeous views of Manson Bay and is close to downtown shopping, restaurants, wineries, and the lake! There is an open deck off the main living area for great barbecues and entertaining while enjoying the views. The living room has vaulted ceilings, plush furnishings, and flatscreen TV, and the kitchen offers updated appliances and a coffee maker. For colder seasons, enjoy meals inside at the kitchen peninsula, or at the quaint, adjacent dining space where large, open windows provide scenic atmospheres during meals. The game room offers the perfect space for a game or Ping-Pong or leisure. Head outdoors for a friendly game on the putt-putt golf course. And with WiFi and a washer/dryer for additional convenience, you'll have all the amenities needed for an amazing stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place is great. The views were amazing and it was well appointed. We found it perfect for our family.Some previous reviews spoke of the difficulty with the stairs… We didn’t find an issue at all. The driveway is a bit steep, but very manageable. And the stairs in the whole Ward, nothing out of the ordinary.We would stay there again for sure.

Chelan summer fun!

Our 2 families loved our summertime stay at Mac’s Place. We spent our days exploring nearby Willows Point Park and downtown Chelan followed by a boat rental to tour the lake where we tubed, waterskied and swam. Our evenings we cooked at the house and enjoyed the beautiful evenings on the deck, games of ping pong and cornhole. The grocery store is so close and Manson is a perfect small town! Hope to be back.

Nice views. Pictures can be deceiving.

The views to the lake were spectacular. There is no green lawn around the house as the picture suggest. Also the outdoor spaces and patio area was very dusty when we checked in. It wasn’t cleaned even after ample requests.

Beautiful spot

We loved our time here. Beautiful house, beautiful views. Lots of space to gather together. Only one thing to note- there is a steep driveway and this should be made a little more clear. People with walking issues would have a tough time with it. But we loved it and would definitely book this place again. .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mac's Place was perfect for our group of 8 friends just wanting a weekend away! Gorgeous views from the deck, very spacious, a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking and grilling, and an quick walk down to the beach! The only change I would request was having a lighter set of dishes for dining outside. Check-in and out was easy and efficient!

Wonderful view!

The six of us had a very comfortable stay at Mac's Place! It was clean, perfectly located and has a big deck with a glorious view! Just as advertised. The kids had fun playing ping pong and especially liked the putt putt course! Twice we had to restart the Wifi and we had only one dish washer pad per day (seems a little numbered for a big house like this)... but these are minor issues. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would come again any time!

We stayed in Oct. the weather and the view from this house couldn’t be beat. A couple of takeaways.. This house is on a hill with a very very steep driveway. Also the house has a lot of stairs. In and out upstairs 2 flights then upstairs to master and down stairs to the basement. Worth considering if you have elderly or small kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean. Over a really good place.

View, spacious and dust.

Great view they have all appliances needed for your trip and more. Spacious house with a lot of sleeping options. Much needed cleaning to remove spiderwebs and dust off the ceilings, windows, top of cupboards and fan. If you have allergies you will suffer, air ducts need to be cleaned. Hair in the beds when we checked in. Driveway is steep.

Great View

I rented this home because of the view and the deck was going to be a main place i knew wed be hanging out. for that I give a 4. the home as a whole id give more at a 3. there are things that meed addressed. the plumbing on the main floor and top bathtub do not drain well at all. there many temporary bandaids placed on things that really should be replaced for safety reasons. the driveway is absolutely the steepest driveway I've ever seen. if we didnt have 4 wheel drive wed not made it. beware for those who cant do a steep climbs or stairs. there is no grass at this property. the view and the main living space, along with kitchen are the best features with all the windows.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place, but tricky dealing with the snow. Unplowed steep driveway. Strange bathrooms- a shower in a closet, a short and open rain shower in the master, and teeny main bathroom. Sleeps 10 but dishes for 8. Fireplace didn't work. Management company was very responsive with lack of hot water and t.v. issues.

Better than expected

By the photos, obviously it’s a pretty home, but unfortunately these days you never know what you’re going to get! This home smelled nice when you walked in, nothing was dingy or looked used and everything was clean. There was also a cute new couch that’s not shown in the photos. The natural light was great and you can’t beat the view. It’s less than a 5 min walk to downtown Manson. I look forward to staying here again!

Awesome view

House was nice and clean. Very spacious, cozy and comfy. Ping pong table came in handy, also the corn hole game and found golf club and balls inside corn hole , to use on the little golf section that wasn’t mentioned. That was a surprise!! Everyone loved and enjoyed it. Most definitely would book this place again!! Did I mention the view was awesome!!

A home with a gorgeous view

The home is very cozy and has enough room for 2 or 3 families. With snow covering all around lake Chelan, the view from this home is so beautiful. The home has the full view of the lake from sun rise to sun set. With snow on the ground, we had a private sledding fun on the drive way all the way to the road (be sure to place an adult at the end of the drive way so he/she can watch out for vehicles or catch kids who are coming down fast :) Would love to go there again in the summer.

Gorgeous view

Mac’s Place is a perfect location—it has a stellar view of Lake Chelan and is very convenient to Manson’s Main Street and waterfront. We spent almost all of our time there on the beautiful deck. The house is clean and well stocked and could easily accommodate a big group. It could use some updating in a few spots — and the ceiling fan in the living room needs a deep clean — but all in all we had a wonderful time and have no complaints.

Close to town with gorgeous lake views.

This house is an easy walk to downtown Manson restaurants and the public lake swimming/park area , yet still high enough to have a magnificent lake and mountain view. The house is clean and modern , with plenty of living space on 3 levels , and would be 5 stars for sure if the steep gravel road to the driveway was paved.

Good but not perfect

The home is well organized with plenty of amenities available. Overall, the house is nice and comfortable for a family gathering. Regarding the maintenance of the property, we ran into some issues with empty propane tank upon arrival, freezer unable to keep items frozen, HVAC would not provide cool air leaving the house at a constant 90-93 degrees even at 11pm at night.. Most of us ended up bunking down in the basement for cooler air or hanging outdoors past midnight to cool off.
