Walnut Hill! Ready for your Lake Chelan adventure!  

Walnut Hill Lake Vista has completed a full top-to-bottom renovation resulting in a modern and open indoor–outdoor living space.  It is located on a large private lot with plenty of room for the kids to run around and parking for all the cars,  even room for a boat/jet skis/snowmobile trailer. 
This beautiful home is perfect for your multi-generational family vacation or a friend’s getaway to golf, wine taste or maybe a little visit to the casino.  The entire family will enjoy sharing time in the large great room with wall to wall glass doors showcasing the views of Lake Chelan, Wapato Point, Manson Bay and the surrounding mountains. 

Parking for 4 vehicles Maximum

A spacious, fully stocked kitchen with a large industrial island, and stainless-steel appliances is the perfect space for cooking and hanging together. 
Just off the interior kitchen is a covered outdoor area with dining table, seating area and BBQ. Great for getting out of the elements, relaxing and grilling up dinner for the gang.    

The Master Loft Suite features a king size bed, large walk-in shower, and a fabulous private work-space sitting area for a moment away from it all.  
Two large bedrooms open from the great room (one with a king bed and desk area, one with two double beds). 
A custom queen size murphy bed in the great room expands the sleeping capacity for this amazing home.  
The pool Cabana offers a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and a bathroom.
    
Play in the private pool (Pool is seasonal open May through September, weather permitting) and relax in the hot tub while enjoying the picturesque views during the day and plethora of stars at night. 

Absolutely no detail has been overlooked in this home. The custom wood and iron work add a unique sense of warmth and structure to the home. Splashes of color compliment the home’s amenities and comfortable furnishings.
This amazing find is a short drive or walk to downtown Manson.

Beautiful Home

Our stay was amazing! The home was perfect for our family. The pool was great (railing into pool, a bit shaky) but other than that, it was just what we had hoped for. We will definitely book another trip here.

Absolutely beautiful home

This house is perfectly laid out for families, it is so gorgeous, very clean, and cozy. I honestly can't say enough good things about this home. 12/10 recommend stay here!

Great place.

Love this place. Great location. House was really clean and well maintained. Has a problem with the garbage disposal and they had some out to fix it within a couple of hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Escape

The pictures do not do the property Justice! The house and property were immaculate and my family had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked and the house was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Manson! Check in was super easy and staff at Windermere were very attentive.

Dream rental

Perfect house for large family of two. Lots of space in the house so we never felt crowded. We had 4 kids under 4 and they loved the pool. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Communication with rental was a bit slower. Highly recommend this rental and would come again

Very clean and cozy house overall, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool house was very useful, and the property had a welcoming atmosphere.That said, there were a few things that did not match our expectations:1.The master bedroom is actually an open loft with no door, which means there is no privacy or noise isolation.2.The pool is much smaller than it appeared in the photos.3.Only one bath towel per person was provided, so we had to run laundry after each use.Communication with the host was also challenging at times. When details were unclear, responses stopped coming. Finally, checkout was confusing—while the house guide stated 11:00 am, we received a call at 10:15 am saying checkout had already passed, and cleaning services had arrived.In general, it’s a nice place with good potential, but these details made our stay less comfortable than expected.

Great location and house

The house had a good layout and a lot of space. We shared it with another family. Total of 4 kids under 7 and they all had a blast. The pool was a fantastic feature and had a great view. Wish the house capacity was higher since you have the pool house as a whole separate space - could have added another family but not a big deal. Only drawback was there were very few bath towels and no beach towels to use at the pool. We had to wash the towels every day to have enough just for showers. But small issue in comparison to the wonderful time there. And just make sure to bring your beach towels.

Beautiful Remodeled Rental! Great Lake Views and a lovely pool!

What a great find in Manon! The house has been fully remodeled and no detail was overlooked. The home sits on a large private piece of property with wonderful lake views. The bedrooms are large and beds were comfortable. We had nine of us staying in the house, and the house was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment needed to cook for our large group. We did not use the grill, but it was clean and ready to go! The pool area was the most used during our trip and we had several wonderful afternoons lounging by the pool and enjoying the views. The house is full of small details which give the home a wonderful character. The outdoor shower is in the shape of a cactus (so cute!), and there are fun lawn decorations around the pool area. I would highly recommend this house for families and any large groups! We would love to come back to Walnut Hill.

The property was beautiful, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The pool had no shade but did have an umbrella base, but no umbrella. It was too hot for the family, especially my toddler granddaughter to be at the pool. There was a Murphy bed that came crashing down because there was no latch. The property manger sent maintenance quickly but there was nothing they could do. He offered to buy an umbrella for the pool but I received an email about 30 minutes later they were sold out in Manson. I called a little later to see if there was anything they could do so we could use the pool but they said there was no other options but would update us with any information. I never heard from them again. A trip we looked forward to all year was a huge disappointment. I hope they fix the Murphy bed before it falls. I would think a property management business would have to meet safety regulations. So thankful my 1 year old granddaughter was not crawling under it. I would have felt better, especially after the price I paid, if they even pretended to care and help us out.

Walnut hill! Pretty property with a lovely home. The home was easy to access with key box and the property was pretty clean upon arrival. Beds were comfy with really nice linens. The home is rather URBAN looking with exposed duct work and high ceilings. Had a cool vibe to it. Kitchen is well stocked and has nice cookware and knives. The one issue we had was there was not an umbrella to use near the pool. There was not a stitch of shade on the pool deck. There were two umbrella stands but No umbrellas. It took several phone calls to get an umbrella. Dropped off for us to use. The property owner said there were no longer supplying umbrellas since they get damaged in the wind. Well, that is not cool... This is why a damage deposit is collected at the time of rental - to pay for things that get broken. I was prepared to buy an umbrella to use for our week but, I was happy to have one delivered after 4 phone calls. Thank you! Also, the downstairs tub is VERY Slippery when wet. Be careful! It's an accident waiting to happen. Two of us used this tub to shower in on our stay and we both slipped in the tub a bit. Home is very nice and we consider booking again if we are guaranteed an umbrella for use at the pool. The peek a boo view to the lake is nice too. There is a large Walnut tree on the grounds that offer shade if you care to haul chairs across the driveway. Thank you.

Gem of Chelan

This place was incredibly comfortable and extremely affordable. Close to Chelan and far away from the crowds. Highly recommend The Landing restaurant, skip Campbells. This house was very relaxing and we had a blast, most stress free vacation ive ever had. The kitchen was great for serving meals, the dining room table was roomy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub really made this place perfect. We feel very blessed the owners shared their home to us and so cheap. We’ve stayed at tons of condos and this place was far better in every way. And in Manson they have this great swimming hole with lifeguards for most of the day. And the jet ski rentals were a blast too. My wife and I got some time out at night and just headed down the road and had a good time at the Mill Bay Casino. Hope to come again next year. The property management group was great too, great communication and very kind people, I spoke to Nikki most of the time and she was delightful, definitely had that lake vibe about her and was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist us. Overall all grade for this trip 10.0!!! Price 10, relaxation 10, comfortability 10, customer service 10, Lake fun 10, Slidewaters 10, The Landing Restaurant 10, Chelan Rodeo 10, Northwest Vacations 10, Manson 10, Mill Bay Casino 10. Don’t pass them up! Thank you for giving us a much needed break, and a week of very little stress.

Great Girls Trip

We stayed here for a bachelorette getaway and everyone loved the house! It was more than enough space for the 6 of us and very clean and comfortable. The weather ended up being chillier than we planned for but the heated pool and hot tub made it much more pleasant! Gorgeous view and close to wineries.

Modern farmhouse -Loved it!!

Truly enjoyed our annual (four generations) family gathering. Home as described and checkin/out process very easy. Bedding very comfortable and cozy, appreciated the washer/dryer and the large living space. We all loved the heated pool and hot tub. Spent time golfing, casino nearby and shopping at Chelan. Only negative is the lawn folks cutting lawn at 7:45 and the glass stove cooktop. Would suggest instructions on how to operate the smart tv in livingroom.

Wonderful Home

This house was so much bigger than I anticipated it being - plenty of room for our group of 10 adults. The house had everything you need for cooking and lounging. The one recommendation I have is that guests bring pool towels - the house doesn’t have any.

Great Vacation Home

The house was beautiful and very clean. We appreciated that all the bedding seemed fresh and fairly new, and none of the dishes in the kitchen were dusty even if they hadn't been used recently. The pool was fantastic, especially since we were there during the big heat wave, so pretty much all we did during out stay was hang out inside (the air conditioning worked great!) and go in the pool. The pool was very clean and a refreshing temperature for hot summer swimming. There is a hot tub as well but no one in our group volunteered to go in it when it was 114 degrees out! We stayed with a multigenerational family group and the house worked well for that with enough sleeping spaces for everyone, and we liked that there were different eating locations with the big dining room table, the smaller kitchen table, and a couple of outdoor tables. Communication with the property management team was great. They were very responsive to a couple of questions I had before our arrival and sent check in info promptly before the trip.

Great Experience

Wonderful stay, the house was clean and fully stocked. The view was amazing! The only negative was the beds. They were uncomfortable. If you are staying a few nights it’s tolerable. Overall, would book again.
