The Maidstone Retreat is a 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation rental home on ChampionsGate. The Maidstone Retreat is an upscale, high end vacation home with an extensive specification and beautiful furnishings. All bedrooms have a Smart UHD ROKU equipped TV with a full cable channel line-up as well as Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, YouTube etc. The living room and loft areas both have 65" Smart UHD TV.

When you arrive at The Maidstone Retreat, you will experience a real sense of something special. There are 4 bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 Star Wars themed bedroom with twin over full bunk and single trundle (sleeping 4), 1 with 3 full beds, and 1 further bedroom with twin/full bunk with pull out twin bed – comfortably sleeping up to 26 people. The kitchen has upgraded tile and dark wood cabinetry, along with quartz counter tops and the latest GE stainless-steel appliances. Your guests can choose to dine at the kitchen bar (that seats 5), at the fabulous large luxury dining room table (that seats 10) or around the outside patio table (that seats 6).

Outside around the block paver deck area are several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot tub. The pool faces south, which ensures total sun exposure throughout the day with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.
