From themed bedrooms that kids adore to a sparkling private pool, hot tub, arcade and playhouse loft, every corner invites fun, relaxation, and connection. Community pool with lazy river, food, movie area included!

MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor features an open, welcoming layout designed for comfort and connection. The primary suite offers a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, creating a relaxing retreat after a day at the parks.

The Marvel-themed arcade room delivers hours of fun with multiple arcade machines, an Xbox, and a Nintendo Switch, each with its own TV—perfect for guests of all ages.

A fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make mealtimes easy and enjoyable, while the comfortable living room is ideal for unwinding together. Sliding doors open to the screened patio, where you’ll find outdoor dining, a private pool, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

The main level also includes a king guest bedroom and additional full bathroom, offering flexible sleeping options for your group.

SECOND FLOOR:
Upstairs, guests will find even more space to relax, play, and rest. The Encanto-themed loft area serves as the perfect space for imagination and play to run wild with a Casita playhouse and Coco-inspired ofrenda.

This level includes 7 magical bedrooms designed to spark imagination — kids and adults alike will love these creative spaces. Each bedroom offers comfortable beds, smart TVs, and ample storage, making it easy to settle in for longer stays.

A laundry room with washer and dryer adds convenience, and 3 additional full bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space to get ready for the day’s adventures.
Guest access
Please enjoy our house and backyard as you would your own. Our guests also enjoy access to our community clubhouses and resort amenities.

If you lose connection, simply unplug the modem & router for one minute.

Your stay at Champions Gate Resort includes access to a secure, well-maintained community with 24/7 security and nightly patrols (7 PM–3 AM) for your safety and peace of mind.

Parking Guidelines:
- Street parking is allowed directly in front of the home.
- Please do not park on the grass or block sidewalks, driveways, or fire hydrants.
- No commercial vehicles, RVs, boats, trailers, buses, or all-terrain vehicles are permitted within the community.
- Polaris Slingshot and similar three-wheel vehicles are not allowed inside the gates.
- Any damage to sprinklers or landscaping caused by improper parking will result in repair fees.

These rules are actively monitored by community patrols to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
