Our 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom, Pet Friendly home is perfectly located for year-round fun. Near Utah’s best hiking, boating, and rafting or after a day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, enjoy the game room, or explore nearby shopping and dining.

Lovely stay and beautiful home

I had my baby shower at this home and the hosts were super accommodating and helpful with me hosting the event there. The home was so cute and fun and everything turned out lovely for my event!

We had a very good stay. The kids loved the backyard. The only down side was that the upstairs was too warm and the people staying in the upstairs bedrooms complained they had trouble sleeping. It was a very warm week in Utah which I am sure made it more difficult to keep the home cool.

Great family gathering property

We had 14 family members at this home and had a great experience. The property owner was very responsive throughout the process, the home is lovely and quirky, which was great for kids. We will use this place again in the future.

Great experience

We stayed here with a large youth group for three nights. There was plenty of room, the location is central the most everything in Utah County, and the large backyard was perfect for summer evenings. Communication with the host was excellent and they were always fast to respond and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again

Great location and Home

We had a small family reunion and this home was great for what we needed. The location was very central, as we had activities up the Canyon, in Provo, and Lehi. Check-in was super easy and the owner was fantastic to work with. Everything that needed attention, was attended to quickly and communication was fantastic and timely. The rooms were super cute and we had beds for everyone! Our littles enjoyed the fun toy room and the backyard. We also loved the Corn Hole provided. It really was a great stay!

The VRBO we used for 1/2 of my family for my family coming in for a wedding. Unfortunately, the thermostat was locked, very hot, and uncomfortable in the home. It was warmer at night than day and shut down the AC unit. As the mother of the bride, my family didn't want to complain to me so had no idea. My sister from Europe said probably the worst she has stayed at comfort-wise. The location is good for guests going to Sundance.

The Barn

Kitchen was way too small compared to how it was pictured. Screens were missing, so sleeping was too hot. Not a place for those who cannot do stairs. Cleaning was not done well, though the cleaning fee was substantial. We would stay again if things were in working order and it was cleaned.

The place is listed as a perfect place for gathering, but when I mentioned we were having family over for dinner (we had less than 20 people). I could tell there was panic. It worked out fine, but it added stress to my day. The kitchen is a bit small, but workable. We couldn’t find any extra trash bags anywhere. A big disappointment was you can’t control the temperature. It is locked!! We wished we could have brought temperatures down a few degrees is all. Don’t stay if you can’t do stairs. Two sets of narrow in places odd stairs. Kids loved it. Lovely bedrooms and decor. Plenty of beds. Couches comfortable upstairs not so much downstairs.

A Convenient Location and Lots of Beds

This house is great if you need beds! It had a bed for 18 individuals. The number of beds per room made it possible to divide the rooms according to families. The configuration of the beds was different than stated online. We were able to make adjustments. Some beds were more comfortable than others. The house is older, so you do hear a lot of noise inside the house during the night. Because the house is older, some bathrooms did not appear clean. There is no tub, only showers. We were in Orem to attend a wedding reception. It did fit everyone comfortably-we had 14 people there. The house was cold and we could not control the thermostat, but the manager was able to respond quickly to our text and turned up the heat. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed to be very family friendly. We had our dog with us. The backyard is fenced and was perfect for him! The kitchen was well stocked. It made for a happy place to stay with family!

No privacy

The property was great for the 18 people we had staying. The house was nice. We had a couple issues. The trash was not emptied prior to our stay. We were told we could not use trash bags and were only allowed to use trash compactor located in the kitchen, which was half full when we arrived. If we did not we would be charged an additional landfill fee for our trash. We were also told to use recycling bins for recycling items. Recycling bins were full to the top when we arrived. After contacting owner and asking if it would be okay just to make a trash bag of recycling as we couldn’t fit items in the can. She responded that would be fine. Then later during the small wedding reception dinner we were holding I walked into the kitchen to find someone I didn’t know in the house. Turns out to be the owner checking the status of the trash compactor. She let herself into the home. The next day when we were out and my 16 yr old daughter was at the home alone. The owner again let herself into the house, without any communication to us that this was happening. Scared my child, as she thought someone was breaking in. The house next to this rental is clearly owned by a family member of the owner. The whole time we were at the house they were in the backyard of the house next door in lawn chairs watching us. Clearly there is no expectation of privacy at this property. When we left we ended up having to take all of our trash with us over to a friends house in order to not be charged a landfill fee. It took a lot of convincing for my husband to even stay the 2nd night at the property.

I am so sad to hear the response from this guest. I was asked to come over and check the compactor as it was not working. I NEVER let myself in to the house!! I rang the doorbell and a guy in a grey tuxedo let me in. I would never walk into the house while a guest was staying there. The next day we needed to measure our trailer and when we got to the house there were no cars. We were there about 6 minutes and the trailer is on the far side of the house. If her daughter heard us she during that 6 minutes measuring a trailer that would have been a miracle! I also noticed that the trash and recycle cans were missing, so I opened the garage and moved them outside so that they would not make the garage smell. Yes they were very full but our home is used every day and that is the problem with a Friday trash day - however they were emptied on the Friday. Our neighbor apparently had guests from Sweden and yes they were in the back yard, however our fence is COVERED with grapevines and is so difficult to see through that for my guest to have noticed the other yard - she would have had to be trying really hard to see them. Never in all the years that we have been doing VRBO at this home ahs ANYONE had a complaint like this! This is a very dramatic review of a 6 minute stop at the house and no sign of life. I am sure that future guests can see from our reviews that thankfully this is a single experience!

Plenty of room for family

We ne ded a place to gather as a family for Christmas. This place had plenty of room for us (16). There are as even a Christmas tree! Everything was clean.

Just what we needed

After reading other reviews I thought twice about looking for something else but decided to keep the reservation. Everything turned out just fine. Location is great, host and communication with the host was great. The rooms in the house were really unique and fun. There was plenty or space for our family group there except the pictures of the kitchen don't exactly show how small that area is. The kitchen was a lot smaller than we expected but everything worked out okay.

Ladies night out

We are a group of ladies that just wanted to get together, chat and eat good food. This house worked out perfectly. It had enough beds and space for us to do just that.
