Welcome to your perfect gathering place in the heart of Utah County. This spacious home was designed for connection — whether it’s family reunions, game nights with friends, or quiet evenings after a day exploring BYU, UVU, or Sundance.

As you step inside, you’ll feel the warmth of an open-concept living room with a large screen smart TV — the perfect setting for laughter and late-night movies. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook together, and two large dining tables plus counter seating invite everyone to share meals, stories, and memories

Children have their own retreat upstairs — a kid-friendly game room with toys, books, games, and a little TV. Downstairs, the fun continues with game space an da large screen TV.

With 13 beds spread across multiple bedrooms, up to 18 guests can sleep comfortably, each finding their own corner of calm.

Step outside and the gathering continues. The backyard offers a large sectional where conversations last long into the night, a playground where children can run and climb, and a hot tub where parents can unwind under the Utah stars. Pets are welcome too, so even the furriest family members can join the fun.
