In-demand Luxury Lake Chelan Shores waterfront townhome. This is the closest townhome to the sandy beach/dock/waterfront swim area at Lake Chelan Shores, Chelan's finest resort! The WATER, DOCK, GRASS and SANDY BEACH are RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR PATIO- Nothing in-between!

Fully equipped luxury townhome with two patios. Nobody above or below you. Nicely decorated inside and out. 18 acres of grounds with 900 feet of waterfront at Lake Chelan Shores, just 2 miles from town. 5 swimming pools, hot tub, racquet ball and nicest complete commercial quality FITNESS center in Chelan. 6 lighted tennis courts. Master bedroom on ground floor with king bed and HDTV. Full kitchen, full laundry, HDTV in living room with THX surround sound, Netflix ready. Wi-fi throughout unit and grounds. TWO patios: Large lakeside ground floor patio right off the living room. Separate side patio off kitchen/living rooom with propane provided BBQ. Upstairs loft bedroom with queen and twin bunks, separate bath and HDTV. Boat and Jet Ski rental steps from your patio (during summer months). This is one of the best condos in the entire complex with the best of beach and waterfront proximity. Private Buoy available for your boat or jetski! All Amenities, wineries, restaurants, just 2 miles from town. Free Wifi!

Lake Chelan Shores Resort association rules do NOT allow guests pets in units or anywhere on grounds. Sorry!

All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please see rental agreement.

Guests check in at the front desk at Lake Chelan Shores Registration before passing through gates. This is where guests pick up keys and parking permits

Check in is best between the hours of 4pm-6pm at the Guest Registration Building, although late check in can be arranged. Check out is 11 am. Please stop by the office on your way out or just call the office from the condo to let them know you're leaving.

Maximum occupancy is six guests. This is strictly enforced. Our condo is best suited for 2 adults and up to 4 kids, or 4 adults and two kids. Six adults may not find it as comfortable. No Pets, sorry!

Great peaceful stay in Chelan!

Beautiful location right next to the water, it was also really really peaceful! Tim was very communicative and would check in on how the stay was. Would definitely stay again

Disappointed about fireplace, no way was it ready for even a presto log that we has to spend on. Main heavy sliding door non operational, tear in leather sofa very unattractive. Yet, the location was superb, cleanliness was great, had to use the shower in the loft, main tub on the main floor too difficult. Yet, location was superb.

We loved our stay in Chelan. The condo was the PERFECT location. The kids could play in the beach while we watched from the patio. The condo was the best equipped rental we have stayed in. The kids loved the spiral staircase also. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location

We were there in April, just wanting to get out of town for a few days. We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice little town Chelan is, and think it will be a great place to bring our kids & grandkids in summer.

We could not have been more impressed with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our host was very communicative. The accommodations were clean, well stocked and it was most definitely the best condo there. The lake access was fantastic and the property itself is well kept. We will definitely be coming back - hopefully soon!!!

Fabulous condo unit right on the lake. Very well furnished, all the luxuries of home away from home. Check-in was seamless and communication with the owner was super easy. Highly recommend this unit.

overall great location on the beach went for spring break little cold weather but had a nice fire and was able to use the hot tub and pool. great stay.

Family get away at Lake Chelan

We had such a great time during our little get away. We had our grandsons 10 yr and 12 yrs with us. The condo is wonderful, well stocked and comfortable. The lake views are spectacular. Reservation and check in went smoothly. We would love to visit there again in the future.

Perfect location!

This condo is right in the water, with the swim area and dock right out the door. We had so much fun jumping on our paddle boards and sitting on the patio. Would definitely stay here again.

A Cozy Getaway with a Beautiful View

We had a very nice stay at this property. We found it cozy, comfortable and clean. The towns of Lake Chelan and Manson are just minutes way. We really enjoyed our stay!

beautiful property with amazing views

we stayed at Tim's place for christmas and enjoyed our stay. the property is well kept and the views are to die for. we stayed in winter so were able to enjoy the tranquility ( which at times is missing in summer ) . checkin experience was smooth. lake shores is close ( comparatively) to echo ski resort so there is that too if you are planning for a winter visit.

This is an amazing property, from the moment we arrived we felt at home. It was very clean and well stocked., great view and easy access to beach and boat launch. The bed was very comfy as well, would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect! We relaxed on the patio and took in the view of the lake. The grounds are well maintained and staff were accommodating. The condo itself needs updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great rental unit on beautiful property

Lake Chelan Shores has lots of grass and open space on a beautifully maintained property. This rental has outstanding views and access to the lake and surrounding areas. The owner was responsive, provided detailed welcome email, Kitchen well stocked, bed/furnishings comfortable. All great!

There was a small tear in the sofa, and the seal on the west screen door was loose. There were also several no-se-mud in the kitchen. Otherwise the unit was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Dated unit

Our unit was dated, outlets in the loft would not hold electrical devices and one outlet box comes partially out of the wall when used. The sofa has a tear in one cushion, the screen door is missing on one side of the patio doors. The carpeting is very dated shag carpeting and much of the wood trim desperately needs refinishing. Having said all of that we had a great time in Chelan and all of the folks at the condo complex were friendly and nice. The owners of this unit I hear are very nice folks also and maybe just need a fresh eye to evaluate their units condition.
