This home is a beautiful retreat, and you won't find other Lake Chelan vacation rental homes quite like the beautiful Hollywood Beach houses on Lake Chelan.

Pet-Friendly: We're happy to host up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. Please ensure pets stay on the property for this home.

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Saturday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August. Please note this home has access to a shared dock.

Patio chairs splitting. Dirty windows. House not that clean. Views, location were beautiful and access to lake was fabulous. We found 3 chairs in the water under the dock. Not sure when some renter lost them but we pulled them out. In ok shape.

My friends and i had a great time staying here, there was a fruit fly problem at first, it got better, it was obvious that it has been a problem in the past, there was also alot of dog hair on the floor, not a big problem but if somone is getting paid to clean that should be swept up, also just to let you know that the outside chairs are starting to break down due to the weather.

We stayed at this property with a large group and appreciated how spacious it wasā€”plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location right on the water is definitely the main highlight, and it worked well for our groupā€™s needs.That said, the house itself lacks charm. The decor is dated and mismatched, and thereā€™s no real curb appeal beyond the lakefront setting. It just doesnā€™t feel very inviting or thoughtfully put together.We also had some cleanliness issues upon arrivalā€”the floors were noticeably dirty, and there were quite a few dead gnats in the window sills. We contacted the property manager, who offered to send a cleaner during our stay, but we declined since we didnā€™t want someone coming in while all our belongings were there. After we requested it, they refunded the cleaning fee, which we appreciated, but it wouldā€™ve been better if that had been offered up front.Overall, the house works well for big groups who prioritize space and location over aesthetics or attention to detail.

The Good, the bad, and the ugly

We're a older group of seniors that come over to the Chelan area 'every' year and rent a place.........so have a bit of experience. This is a wonderful location on the lake with great view and deck to enjoy such. The interior is good for larger groups and worked for the most part. What didn't work was the master bedroom; the adjoining marina had a very loud clanging noise throughout the night.[and day].....even with earplugs, it was 'bad'...also, the room was very warm with only two small vents for the air conditioning........sorry, this room was not good. Last, the BBQ was a mess.......we spent some time cleaning before we could use it......needs to be done after each stay!

Perfect lake getaway

Eight family members stayed for a week in August 2024. The lake house my sister and I used to stay at in the 1960s was just a few houses away, so we consider this part of the lake the best part! The house was clean, well appointed, and coddled us. Everyone loved jumping off the boat dock then racing to the hot tub! The grass yard was spectacular. Just a wonderful place!

Amazing houses and Property

This was our 8th year on Lake Chelan. We rented both houses, and this was by far our best trip. We all had rooms and bathrooms, perfect for a big group. The grassy backyard was perfect for cornhole and other games we brought. The property manager was awesome and always returned my text within minutes. Great place, we will be back!!

Love Lake Chelan ...

Property was clean, well-maintained and right on the water. There is a new dock here too, not pictured. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room here for all including our pet. Fishing right off the dock produced beautiful trout and Walleye - fun to catch too! Everything we needed for our stay was here, from the well-stocked kitchen, to BBQ propane. I will add too it was very hot here and there was a nearby wildfire, so the HVAC was nice as well. Great place, great location. Mooring buoys for your boat and ok too to pull alongside the dock or bulkhead to load up.

We had a great stay and the house accommodated us well with my sister's family being in the house next door. We played Crossnet in the yard by the lake which was perfect and had a great time. The lake was low and the water cold which is typical for this early in the season. We had an issue with the septic system and the response was quick and efficient. The staff who came to the house were very nice, thoughtful, & efficient. The primary bedroom had an unusually soft mattress that was not comfortable, but all the other beds were good. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this house.

Excellent property!

My friends and I booked this place for a weekend getaway. It was beyond perfect! Very spacious for us all. The table provided a great place to play games, laugh, and reminisce around. The lakefront property was spectacular. Having a hot tub was just the icing on the cake. Would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Best of my experience yet

We are a group of friends taking early September vacation every year. Out of all properties we have booked this property was the most spacious, clean, with easiest access to water for boat or for swimming. We really enjoyed our time here.

Next Level Waterfront Vacation Experience

This property is simply exceptional! I read other reviews stating that this property was larger in person than what meets the eye when reading the online descriptions...This is very, very true. I rent properties multiple times a year for the past 32+ years, and even though a few of the beds seemed hard to sleep on, all the amenities and experiences this house and location provided blew my mind...I would say this was the best vacation home thus far...Highly recommend and plan on staying here again in the future. - Dave :-)

Great location lots of room and great features

Really enjoyed our stay, would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Faucet leaked and screen door was not on upon arrival, however host were quick to help resolve the issues.

Bigger then it looks!

this place was amazing. It was way bigger in person than it even is online when reading the description itā€™s directly on the water we absolutely loved it. It gets a little choppy in the canyon so you canā€™t Dock your boat however, there is a State Park literally five minutes away, if that. We really enjoyed staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! We appreciated so much that the house is dog friendly and that the property manager was so accommodating. House is very spacious with an amazing outdoor space with gorgeous lake views. Would stay again for sure!

Not bad :)

Cleanliness leaved a little to be desired with lots of cobwebs and some leftover trash from a previous guest. Considering there was a large cleaning charge and a massive list of things to clean when checking out, I was a little annoyed with that. Also the lake is incredibly low right now and at least a minor heads up from the property owner would've been nice, as all the photos show it coming right up to the lawn. Some of the beds were really uncomfortable, too, but a beautiful home otherwise.

Wonderful Week

Great spot to relax in your lawn chair, watch the water craft and hop in the lake. Shares a large common lawn space with adjoining rental property. Good spot if you want to gather a few families. Property manager super responsive. Had a plumbing issue and they sent a team and had it resolved in 2 hours. We plan to return next year.
