The backyard features a beautifully landscaped pool area with plenty of outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy Florida’s amazing weather. The home includes three bedrooms on the ground floor and four bedrooms upstairs.

Amazing riverfront property

Hands down the best Vrbo! Perfect place to host family and a friend for our daughter’s Tampa wedding. Stunning riverfront home with the added bonus of ample ground floor bedrooms to accommodate gramma, aunts and uncles. Home and grounds were clean, beds and bedding were comfy, and there were many places for everyone to hang out and chat indoors. outdoors and in screened areas. The pics don’t even do this property justice. Beautiful plantings, a huge garage stocked with outdoor and indoor games to keep everyone entertained, and great views of the river from the pier. Host was attentive, provided everything we needed in advance, and answered any of our question timely. ❤️

Amazing location with all the amenities needed for a large gathering and entertainment. Sid was very responsive and quick to answer any questions!! Highly recommend.

Great space for friends to gather

This place has everything on property for everyone to enjoy. Swimming pool, dock by the water, kayaks and fishing gear, pool table, and a large garage converted to a gaming/party room. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The owner (Sid) checked in aa couple of time via text to assure all is well. Highly recommend.

Great Group House

I highly recommend this stay. I actually thought it was even nicer than it appeared online! We were there for three nights. Each night we found ourselves hanging out in a different common space. There were so many gathering areas at the place that we never even used the pools! We found ourselves choosing to go back to our stay rather than being out because it was such a great home to gather. Awesome view on the deck. We saw jellyfish, dolphins and sting rays! The host was very easy to work with. He let us do early check in and was quick to get back to us. My only recommendation for the owner is to put matts down on the stairs as they are steep and easy to fall down on! The lawn being mown also would have been nice but overall it was a fantastic place. I would stay there if I came down again.

Wonderful Stay!

Loved our stay at this property. There was no shortage of activities at the house (fishing, kayaking, ping pong, pool) and plenty of space for us to spread out. Sid the owner was very communicative throughout the stay, checking in with me regularly to see if there was anything I needed. Would definitely rent again if we’re back in the area!

Amazing for large groups

We had 14 people in our trip for a week. There was plenty of space for everybody spread out the rooms were large in the bed with the most comfortable I’ve had enough VRBO. Swimming pool was great and we caught lots and lots of fish off the dock and went kayaking up the river. The game room in the garage was amazing space to spread out. Lots of parking and close to a Dunkin’ Donuts !! We would stay here again

Great Property, Great Host, Great Time!!!

We loved the property right off the bat. We felt secure with the automatic gates, and the pool, but the amenities for us made the stay one of the best we’ve ever had with the yearly trips we take at this time of year! fishing off of the dock, great environment, Bravo Sid!!!!

Great House on the River!

A few friends and I stayed here over a long weekend and really enjoyed the property! We loved grilling on the outdoor patio and relaxing by the pool!

Tampa river house, a great stay

This house was the perfect place for our large group to stay. Two families, 14 people, had plenty of room to spread out. The 7 bedrooms perfectly accommodated our large group, and the older kids loved their upstairs hang out spot with pool table, TV & kitchenette connected to each of their 4 bedrooms. Great communication with Sid, which made the process seamless.

Great water and family getaway.

Communication with owner was excellent. He was very prompt with the check in process and responding to any questions we had. The house is large and spread out and perfect for a large family get away. The floors had not been cleaned before our arrival, but everything else was very clean and tidy. The view was great. The boat ride out of the industrial area was kind of far. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

This was a great place for a large group to enjoy themselves. It was very centric to many of Tampa’s attractions as well as the water. Even without the attractions, the house itself provided much entertainment. Sid was great and extremely attentive. Will definitely again!

Annual retreat with gradeschool friends

I have nine friends that we’ve known each other since third grade and continue to stay in touch. We would take a three day cruise annually but because of Covid, we chose to rent a home. The home was large enough to accommodate everyone in the game room on the second floor was perfect. Screened in pool was an added plus. We did battle sugar ants several times but that can easily be rectified. Property manager was always responsive to our needs. Looking forward to renting this home next year.

GORGEOUS HOUSE!!

Sid was the best. He responded to my emails/text quickly and was very accessible while we were there. This house is gorgeous and was exactly as advertised. We were a group of 14 and the house was big enough that we were able to hang out as a group, as well as having our own space when needed. The outdoor kitchen was the best part of the house because we were able to be outside, even when it rained. At night, we sat on the pier and fished and watched the sunset. We have stayed at several vacation homes and this by far was the best one. We plan on coming back next year

Awesome Property

I really enjoyed my stay at this property along with my family. It was perfect for our needs. It was important for everyone to have their own individual space but also be able to come together as a family. Everyone enjoyed different facets of the property. Some of my family enjoyed the sunrise where others enjoyed time in the pier fishing. We enjoyed lots of laughter every night, which was the best part. I appreciated the response time of the owner, who was nice and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed their stay and I made a few referrals. I would definitely stay again.

Hidden Gem

Great spot for a group of 10 to get away. The neighborhood getting to the property isn't the best but once you get there it's great. Huge layout and just about everyone had their own bed. Only a 15 minute ride to Ybor. Sid was very easy to deal with. Answered all of our questions quickly

GREAT HOUSE!!!!

This was an amazing house with great views and wonderful outdoor spaces. It was in a perfect location for a very diversified group, mainly mother/daughter, father/daughter friends in Tampa for the Women's Final Four. It was plenty of space for folks to feel like they had their own space and privacy but also had two common living spaces that made it easy for the group to enjoy each other. Sid was very accessible for any questions that we had and the uber ride to the Amelia Arena downtown was literally 10 minutes. I will definitely rent this house again if we are traveling to the Tampa area.
