Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom/3 bath home in beautiful Tampa, Florida! This gorgeous, single-floor home with screened salt water pool is adorned with the highest quality resort decor! Brand new, top-of-the-line mattresses for your comfort, new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous, new, fun furniture! This gorgeous home is convenient to all the fun Tampa has to offer and we are delighted to share it with you!

5-8 miles to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, USF and Moffit Center. Ybor City, Tampa International Airport, UT, Raymond James, Amelia Arena, Hard Rock Casino, the Straz Theater and many more exciting places are a short drive away. A short walk or bike ride away is the Hillsborough river, two parks, one with a boat launch and the gorgeous Temple Terrace Golf course and Country Club! This home is a half hour to 45 minutes away from world famous beaches and crystal clear turquoise water!

Our home is perfectly renovated and is fully equipped for your stay with everything that you need to feel right at home!! Our home is spacious with over 2,600 sq. ft of living space, all on one floor with no stairs. Perfect for those with limited mobility and small children. Spacious Bedrooms, Family Room and Gourmet Kitchen will please even the pickiest of people.

***Please Note***
We have 4 beds and 1 Sleeper Sofa. We sleep 8 people in bedrooms, 2 on Sleeper Sofa for a total of 10. The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed and the other three Bedrooms have Queen-size beds. The Queen-size sleeper sofa is in the formal living room area.

Our home is also just a few miles from wonderful entertainment, shopping and restaurants! There are many strip malls near-by as well as pharmacies, gas stations and grocery shopping. Be sure to visit Busch Gardens and Adventure Island with fun for all ages! Visit the many local beaches near by, rent a boat, walk along the piers, enjoy the many eateries, or go charter fishing. There is night life as well with live music! If you like to golf or play tennis, there are several golf courses and a tennis club near by!

Very quiet neighborhood near it all!! Take a relaxing stroll down the tree-lined family neighborhood or feel free to use one of our three bikes. Stop by the park or cruise around the golf course and take in the warm breezes or relax on our covered deck with a cool beverage while the children play in the crystal clear, salt water pool. You are near it all but you will feel like you are in your own Florida oasis!

Pets welcome with fee depends on number of pets and length of stay.
We charge approx. $200 per pet. Please give us advance notice if you are bringing pets.

Pool heat is an extra charge of $25/day. Pool can be heated to 86 degrees. Air temperature will directly affect the temperature of the pool. It is a pool, not a hot tub. We are not responsible for cold snaps which will impact the pool temperature, regardless of whether the pool heater is on or not.

The house was perfection for large families. Each bedroom was tucked away and allowed for extra privacy. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. We could not have been more happy with this property.

Amazing Stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the family. Although we were not there for a happy occasion, we were very comfortable in the clean very nicely decorated space, which made us all feel better. The host was responsive and thoughtful. Fantastic Property

We had an amazing family vacation at this beautifully renovated home! With adults and kids in tow, the spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath layout was perfect for us all. The screened in pool was a hit with the children as well as us grown children at heart and the amenities, including the well-equipped kitchen and TVs in every room, kept everyone entertained. The location near Busch Gardens, water park, and the quiet neighborhood added a peaceful touch. The host was accommodating, and we loved the pet-friendly option. Highly recommend this gem for a family getaway!

Beautiful Spacious Home

We were visiting Tampa for a long weekend to celebrate our mother's 77th birthday. The home was beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in crystal clear pool. The home had many amenities and extras that we do not normally see that was very much appreciated. The owner we very friendly and responsive. The food was fantastic at Craft riverboat dinner cruise, Ajisai, Jackson's Bistro and Eggs Up Grill. We would not hesitate to return and stay at this home again. Thank you Bonnie and Patrick for for everything.

Short stay

Dealing with the owners was pleasant and easy. They were very quick to respond to any inquiries we had throughout our stay. House was great with lots of room for our group of 8 and had everything you could need. Pool heater happened to be broken but the owners very quickly responded and not only didn't charge us for it, they also provided a refund for the inconvenience. Outside could use some TLC to match the inside of the house, although this doesnt affect your stay in anyway.

Temple Terrace Family Retreat… PERFECT!

We had a family get together for Easter weekend, and this house was perfect. A very nice pool area, screened in and shaded, a beautifully decorated house with 4 nice bedrooms and 3 baths. What really made it special were the extras: pool toys for the kids, foosball table, croquet set, bikes, all of the cooking tools and extras… all the way down to a junk drawer in the laundry room. The location is very close to Busch Gardens, and it is easy to get access to the rest of the Tampa area. And it’s less than 1/4 mile to 2 different playgrounds, and a park along the Hillsborough River. They even have a pack and play and highchair for the baby. I HIGHLY recommend this retreat.

Final Four Trip with friends

Excellent place to stay for entire group. Bonnie made the entire reservation, check-in, check-out process very easy for us. The house had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay there again.

Great stay!

The owners did a wonderful job at making us feel welcome. They added little touches that you don’t usually see on vrbo homes. The kitchen was very well equipped and the general set up of the house was great. The back of the house looks out to a very pretty pool area and a large grassy and tree area that is home to the many birds along the nearby bird trail. Our dog loved her walks along the river front. The home is close to all amenities. The home has an ideal location. We will be back!

Family Vacay

Overall was a very great home! The pool was nice & to have it heated made it perfect for my granddaughter to take her first swim! The location of the home was more urban than we anticipated but never ran into any issues. My daughter and her husband spent NYE downtown at Armature works and had a blast! Driving to different locations was easy from the home! Overall great stay!

Paradise in Temple Terrace

My sister, daughter, son in law, son, and daughter in law and I stayed in the house at Thanksgiving for seven nights. The house was beautiful-looked just like the pictures. It was the perfect house for hosting Thanksgiving and entertaining the rest of our family. We loved the pool area, although it turned cold and we never had the opportunity to actually use the pool. The house was well stocked and had ample space for all of us. Any time we had a question or problem the hosts quickly responded to our inquiries. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again -hopefully with better pool weather the next time.

The house was great. Loved the layout and it was decorated for Christmas. Amenities and furnishings were top notch. Pool area could use a little power washing, but it was pretty private for being on a corner lot.

Perfect location and lovely, accommodating hosts

Our visit to Florida was specifically due to a medical situation for a family member that was at Moffitt Cancer Center. The home was only 12 minutes away from the hospital and absolutely perfect for our family's needs. It is a large, very nice home that has absolutely everything you could possibly need along with the added bonus of the pool. The owners (and hosts) we so kind, compassionate and accommodating, which made our stressful situation much easier. We couldn't have asked for a better rental home situation and location than this home.

Beautiful home close to Parks

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The home was warm, inviting and very spacious. There was plenty of items in the house for our use in the event we forgot something. The host communicated very well and responded promptly.

Pool Was Green and Unusable

I reserved this house specifically for the pool, and upon arrival, the pool water was green.  When I first sent a message to the owners they said it had been tested and the water was fine.   The next day, when it looked worse, I actually sent a photo and the owners stated that was unacceptable and refunded me $200 for my week’s rental.  They did say they would get someone out to look at the pool and the following day the owner’s daughter showed up, to check it out, however, the pool remained green. They showed up one additional time as well. Finally, on the 5th day of the rental (we hadn’t been able to use the pool at all) the person who’d installed the pool showed up, and found that either the pool service or previous guests had not placed the filter basket correctly, so debris had gotten into the impeller and completely gunked the system up. The pool vacuum hadn’t been running, and only then began to move about the pool  He said the it would need to be re-balanced with chemicals before it was usable again as it was depleted of chlorine. Needless to say, we were not able to use the pool at all the entire week.  Considering I paid at last $100 more per day and stayed further from downtown Tampa just for the pool, I emailed the owners and asked for another $300 discount on my stay, which would have averaged out to about a $75 discount per night which is what I could have paid for a house closer to downtown (I was driving there twice a day, taking my daughter back and forth for a ballet school. The owners rather curtly informed me that the water had been professionally tested and cleaned before I arrived, and several times during my stay, and that the $200 was for my inconvenience. This was definitely not the case, as I never saw the pool service, and the pool installer specifically said it needed rebalancing.  I took a photo of the invoice that he left stating as such.

Great house!

Wow we had an awesome stay at this beautiful house. The description and pictures do not do justice to this house. Props go out to the owner, this house was outstanding. Our family’s stay was so memorable with the comfortable beds, cleanliness, full stocked kitchen and the pool area. (just to make a few) The owners made the whole checking process easy and headache free. They also where very attentive throughout stay and were available for inquiries. We had no issues, the home was very well prepped and maintained for our stay. Definitely will keep on our list for future stays and 100% recommend. Thank you to the owners.

We fell in love with the Tampa area from our first visit! With the gorgeous beaches, Busch Gardens, shopping, food to the amazingly friendly people, Tampa is the perfect place to be! We love our new home because we are able to transform it into a wonderful modern, hip and homey retreat for any family! We love the single-level design so that our aging friends and family can come and enjoy the accessibility that it offers them. We love how close it is to the beach, bay, shopping, entertainment and dining. Biking is one of our favorite pastimes so we have adult bikes for our guests to use. Our neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We can’t wait to share our home with other wonderful families whose memories of Tampa will last a lifetime!
