Near Saly, ideal family or group villa: a relaxed and dynamic stay

In NGAPAROU, contemporary 5-room villa, remarkably arranged, on a plot of 1000m²: this is La Maison Blanche.

10 mins walk from the sea and the Saly Center shopping center, in a peaceful environment, this house of 200m² living space rises over 2 floors (+ 1 large terrace accessible on the 3rd level).

On the garden level you benefit from:
- a large open kitchen, fitted / equipped + bar
- a spacious living room bathed in light
- a large protected patio, well ventilated
- a very nice bedroom + terrace and bathroom
- a large shaded terrace with a relaxation area by the pool

Take advantage of the terraces to:
- take your meals (2 tables with chairs and armchairs)
- relax (listening to the birds, reading a book, playing various board games....)
  - dive in the superb swimming pool: 11m X 5m and 3 different depths.

Take a walk in the garden, look at and smell the flowers (bougainvillea, hibiscus, frangipani ...) and if they are ripe ask the caretaker to pick you some fruit from the orchard (limes, mandarins, oranges, pomelo, bananas , mangoes, soursop ...).

On the 1st floor, you find:
- 3 very nice independent bedrooms, with large closets, shower rooms + toilets (separate)
- a peripheral terrace of 100m², where you will admire the planters planted with colorful cacti, with a large pergola equipped with 4 sofas and a coffee table, sheltered from the sun.

On the second floor: a huge terrace to see far and shelter the solar water heater.

At the back of the villa:
- African cuisine, to prepare local specialties (rice / fish ...)
- staff shower / toilet + caretaker's room
- a laundry room with washing machine, washing machine
- the drying rack to dry or ventilate the laundry
- the garage.

The house is furnished in a modern style, most often using local craftsmen, to guarantee your comfort and the well-being of all.
The colorful decoration is to our taste, and I hope to yours during your stay.

To live well in the house, a word of advice: always leave all the rear windows open (mosquito nets closed) and the French windows on the ground floor during the day: natural ventilation will maintain a pleasant temperature.

At your service, an exemplary caretaker, Amadou, and the hostess Khady, will be discreet and efficient for the most pleasant of stays.

Possibility to rent a car, and organize the transfer from DIASS airport (30 minutes by car), by contacting a guide and a trusted driver.

You can organize many independent activities nearby: walks (in the bush or on the beach), nautical activities (diving, surfing, jetski ...), fishing, golf, horse riding, quad / buggy, visit of the Bandia reserves or birds, outings to many very good restaurants etc ...

A small personal memo (welcome guide) will be available before your stay to facilitate your arrival, share our useful contacts and some good addresses.
