Unit A - is on the second floor and is one of 6 vacation suites at Regatta Point on Elizabeth Harbour/Kidd Cove, right in George Town & completely surrounded by water. This spacious unit has a stunning view of Elizabeth Harbour & Stocking Island. 10 min walk into George Town for groceries, restaurants etc. Out on a private island with connecting causeway, Regatta Point is a rare combination of central location & quiet seclusion—uniquely situated as a small separate island near the town and jutting out into Elizabeth Harbour. Keep rental boat, car, or both on property. 5 minute walk to water taxi dock, quick access to Stocking Island and it's beaches. Arrangements are easily made for fishing/snorkeling trips, or excursion out to the swimming pigs. Air conditioned/free WiFi

Excellent host ! Can’t say enough great things about Nancy so friendly and great with any questions we had . Beautiful location the outside deck is lovely to sit and watch the boats day or night. Great views from all rooms in the apartment 5 minute walk to restaurants and the water taxi to stocking island where the beaches are spectacular! The water is amazing the clearest and calmest for swimmingIslanders are welcoming and helpfulWill stay again !

Best kept secrets…. Shhhh

Unbelievably breathtaking views of the gorgeous turquoise waters of Exuma. Conveniently situated for groceries, liquor store, boat rental, water taxi, etc. Nancy, the owners was so lovely and the perfect hostess. We hope to visit her again!

Amazing property.

The property was exceptional and the host eager to help and pleasant. Location couldn't have been better with coffee on the deck for sunrise and again at sunset. We felt like we were in the "Secret Garden" as when you traveled the short causeway from Georgetown and entered the property it was a different world and instantly very private.

Amazing stay

Incredibly beautiful place. Next to the boat taxi to go across to stocking island for the chat and chill bar and restaurant and beautiful beaches. The place is beautiful with two gorgeous balconies to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Nancy is so sweet and helpful

Great spot on Great Exuma

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s in an excellent central location which makes it super easy to walk to restaurants, the straw market, and the other shops in town. The accommodations have just about everything you need, along with beautiful views out of every window. Nancy is very kind and welcoming and even has a couple friendly cats who like to stop by and hang out. We would definitely stay again!

Private but close to downtown

This location was fantastic; on a point with a wonderful second floor view of Elizabeth Harbor and Kidd's Cove. Short walk to grocery store and great local food establishments. The property was nicely set up with some short trails to the water and chairs overlooking the harbor for coffee breaks. Nancy was friendly and helpful, not only a gracious host but kind neighbor.

Relaxing vacation

Beautiful setting with gorgeous water views 360. Perfect get away from hectic busy life. No TV. WiFi is available. Miss Nancy and her son were most helpful with making our trip enjoyment.

Perfect place to recharge

This was one of our best finds ever. Absolutely breathtaking views and within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, water taxi and boat rentals. Our host Nancy was so kind and generous. She knows everything there is to know about the island and was the perfect resource for us as this was our first time in Exuma. We loved everything about our trip and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful and serene

This property was perfect! Nancy was an absolute pleasure and so accommodating when we arrived early. There is a nice breeze that allows you to keep the place cool just by opening the doors. The view is stunning. Take a walk to the end of the point and sit in the chairs to watch the boats come and go. Laundry service was provided which was appreciated as we like to travel light. This is a wonderful place to stay and relax.

Heaven on Earth !

We chose this place as a delayed Honey Moon since we got married in Covid. It surpassed our expectations. Waking up to these views and the sound of the water and birds in the morning was very relaxing. Mrs. Nancy was a great host and friend during our visit. You get so much more than a place to sleep here. It’s walking distance to everything you need ( conch salad , boat rentals, water taxi, liquor store, provisions, restaurants, and of course bars. We will definitely plan another visit.

A Lovely Property Near Downtown Georgetown

This suite is close enough to walk to town yet remote enough to feel very secluded. The suite is well maintained and has the best views you'll find on Exuma. Two lovely porches to enjoy the views and the breezes and a couple of friendly cats who came and went at their pleasure as cats do. We rented a boat from Minns and snorkeled the beautiful reefs nearby. We walked, swam and relaxed. Nancy was a delightful host and got all of the guests together for hors d'oeuvre s. We had such a memorable trip and will definitely return.

If you search for a place in George town search no more!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy's. The unit was as described and close to everything in George Town: water taxis, supermarket, restaurants, liquor store, yacht club etc. We loved falling asleep with the sound of the waves. Nancy was so nice and accommodating. It was raining at our arrival and she gave us a lift to the supermarket just before it closes. She also let us put our luggage in another vacant unit the day of departure since our ferry was in the afternoon. We would definitely recommend staying at Nancy's. And be sure we'll be back!

Regatta Point

Rustic Charm with super scenic views of Elizabeth Harbour. White sand, blue / turquoise water breathtaking....good for the mind and the body! Host Nancy provided guidance, as was our first visit to Exuma. Be cognizant....drive opposite side of road, groceries expensive for many items, restaurant open hours, long line gas station. Do not expect amenities as home.... a step back in time.

PERFECT vacation!

The owner, Nancy, was beyond superb! She knows everyone and is able to help secure whatever a guest may need - including having a rental car dropped off from the airport at 8 am and knowing the right person with a boat for us to hire for a snorkeling excursion (thanks Steven! He pulled his boat right up to steps on her island). She ensures her guests can easily enter/exit the property via the causeway with no car blocking the pinch point. Such a nice nice woman with the perfect rental apartment! One of our patios was right over the beautiful water and we loved hearing the water lap the containment wall via our open windows at night. The BR and main living area both have AC units, but with the windows open, there was a nice breeze day and night. Would love to stay here again if we come back to gorgeous Exuma!

Spectacular views of sapphire water

The most special aspect of our stay was our host, Nancy. She was not only very knowledgeable about the island, she was a sweetheart! Loved, loved her! All the hot spots to eat and buy groceries, to rent boats and diving equipment, to getting a water taxi ride are all within walking distance of Regatta Point. The apartment reminded us of an old beach house on the coast of South Carolina...nothing fancy which we were looking for, but equipped with everything we needed...very relaxing and easy. The property has plenty of parking and is surrounded by water. Nancy has rescued 3 kitties that occupy the premises as well. We happen to be total cat lovers so that was a bonus! I can't say enough about our experience at Regatta Point...a true diamond of the island.

Gorgeous rental

Perfect vacation house. Full kitchen, very large livingroom/dining room combination. Enormous closet in bedroom. Large bathroom mirror and full length mirror in dining area. Very subtle colors throughout gave off a relaxed and beachy atmosphere. It was very windy on the entire island for most of the week, and that also included our balconies, so nothing against the grounds in that respect, but it was quite windy. The grounds were beautiful but there's very little sand at the surf, its primary rock with a concrete barrier surrounding it. I wouldn't think twice about returning to this rental. The owner Nancy is just an excellent human being in every sense. She made us feel a great sense of privacy and freedom our entire stay. I highly recommend.

Nancy was more than a host, she was more like our instant long lost best friend on the island. My daughter and I would absolutely stay here again and again. Nancy’s secluded property w panoramic views of the beautiful water (though not on a beach) was close enough to walking distance to EYC, Straw Market, Sand Piper Cafe and Elvis Taxi service. We had all the amenities downtown Georgetown had to offer within a block . It was so sweet stepping back in time at her lovely cottage

The secret gem of George Town

My wife and I stayed with Nancy for our 25th anniversary, and we couldn't have been happier. Nancy is amazing and sweet and always available for anything and has great suggestions on where to go and what to do. We felt like we had the best place in town and wouldn't stay anywhere else when we return. We absolutely loved it.

Regatta Point has a total of 6 fully furnished apartments all with full kitchens, situated on its own point of land connected by a causeway to town. Other units may be available for your time requested. We have a very small beach on the property, but most of our guests prefer to explore the miles of beaches on Stocking Island which is just one mile away by water taxi or rental boat.
