Welcome to the Haven, a modern style new home located in the Mar Vista community in Playa Flamingo. Experience total luxury and comfort while surrounded by the dry tropical forest. Experience wonderful forest views from your private pool! Hear the local Howler monkeys as they wind their way through the dry tropical forest surrounding, the Haven.



This new 3 Bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is located 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport. The Haven is a single-level home with a split floor plan and is perfect for couples, families, and friends. The master bedroom has a King bed with top-of-the-line mattress and linens, A/C, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, closet, digital safe, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be made into a king upon request), comfortable mattresses and linens, a closet, and A/C. The third room is separate from the main house, it is a Brand new Casita that has its own bathroom, a queen bed, TV, mini bar and A/C. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is reliable high-speed WiFi at the house as well as a washer and dryer. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The master and guest bedroom both have access through the sliding doors to the private covered terrace area and pool. The terrace area has pool loungers as well as a dining table and a private BBQ gas grill! All of this while surrounded in a pristine environment amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from the tourists and noise!



This vacation rental feels more like a home—not a rental. We have done many things to make it feel like your home while you are with us here in Costa Rica! As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap, are all included. The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.



Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:

An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.

We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.

And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.

No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.

This new home is located within the 900-acre development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach--amenities include tennis, ocean view clubhouse with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, swim-up bar, and an amazing on-site restaurant (Gracia), hiking and biking trails, a yoga deck and 24/7 security. If you ever need anything during your vacation, we are in the same community and are happy to assist you with anything you may need!



Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home services, and more! Guest Access:

You have access to the entire home except for the locked owners closet.

Mar Vista is a beautiful 900 Acre private community with amenities such as a community ocean view pool, playground, on-site restaurant (Gracia), Tennis courts, Gym and Yoga studio (April 2019) and 24/7 security. We have miles of wonderful hiking and biking trails also for you to enjoy! Dos Rios community has a great playground and basketball court for children and families.



Getting Around:

We recommend a car or golf cart to get around with ease! The interior roads at Mar Vista are all paved.
