A Beautiful Villa in Reserva Conchal on the Robert Trent Jones Jnr Golf Course.
A complete refurb of our a beautiful 4,000 sq ft villa, All new beds-2 Queens, California King and a King. Two new TVs. One new sofa , 8 new dining chairs. 4 bedroom, all new bed linen, 5 bath home with 2 separate family areas. A huge covered patio overlooking the infinity edged pool and Robert Trent Jones Golf course. The bedrooms are large. Located within the 5 star Westin resort. It will cost you a fraction of the price to house a family here than in a Westin hotel property, the Westin Hotel or the W. Beach. As a renter you have access to the exclusive owners only club and spa nearby.
We have a new Property Manager who will ensure your stay is perfect.
Perfect for couples and families. This will house a maximum of eight people. Maid service available.. There is air-conditioning throughout the property. Transfers can be easily arranged.
Use the shuttle service or walk to the beach and the Westin. The Westin offers a range of restaurants and bars. The new fabulous W has opened offering renters four more restaurants. The Concina Mercat at the W is a must. Casa De Golf combines the tranquility and security of a private home with the facilities of a five star resort.
The rustic attractions of Costa Rica are available in a few minutes walk. A fifteen minute walk along the beach gets you to Brasilito, the local village where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Tamarindo, Flamingo and the up and coming Portreo are a fifteen and ten minute drive away. And for the adventurous there are the volcanoes to visit and sit in the volcanic mud, there are rain/cloud forests and rivers to experience the extraordinary flora and fauna of Costa Rica. We had a couple of ladies from my village in Mallorca go to Nicaragua for the day with a tour company at the Westin.
Or of course just spend your time at Casa de Golf, the stunning owner's Beach Club and Spa, and on the beach.
And then of course there is the Golf.........................

I live in Mallorca and Costa Rica. I am an author and Chartered Psychologist working with organizations on key appointments. I also do a lot of pilot assessments for airlines and the miltary. My last big book for Oxford University Press was written at Reserva Conchal. The sun would wake me up at 5.00 am and by six i was washed, with a flask of coffee at my laptop. I had to sit with my back to the view, it was too distracting. Sometimes I did not move until 2.00pm. I was the first person to buy a property in Reserva twenty five years ago. I did this because I had been here every year for six weeks every Christmas since it had opened. We paid rack rate for the hotel rooms. One day the manager said to me 'you come here every year, you pay rack rate, we are going to build over there, are you interesested? I put my name down even before the plans existed. I have recently moved from the condo to this beautiful villa. I love Reserva Conchal because it combines the sanctuary of a safe site with the ability to walk into the village in five minutes. I hope you enjoy our villa and being here as much as we do. Having been in the community for twenty five years we know the best people to use for tours and transfers. We can put you in contact with people you can trust to enhance your stay.

I have lived on the site for over 25 years and watched Casa De Golf being built and Reserva more generally growing and flourishing. I know the original owner and his meticulous approach to property construction and design. This is a great family property. It offers space, privacy and the benefits of a private pool. The large terrace is perfect for BBQs.
There are some great trails which Reserva have introduced recently which take you off the paths and into the jungle and close up with the flora and fauna. When you book I will send you the maps of these trails along with other information about Casa de Golf and what is available locally.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
One thing I have noticed is even without the air conditioning running Casa De Golf does not get oppressively hot like my condo up the road in Bouganvillea here did. It is light and airy. It offers privacy but sits within a lively resort and is walking distance to the village. Casa de Golf offers a big family space, the privacy of a villa with the advantages of access to the Westin, the W and the Owners only Beach Club.
