Located off the living room is a porch that stretches the length of the cottage, This is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats. There are two queen beds in each bedroom. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
