Located right in the middle of the Flats and just a 2 minute walk to Bernie's, Trout Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Virginia's and the new Sip Yard. Such an amazing location! This 2 bedroom and 2 full bath cottage is a hidden gem. The open living room will have a queen size sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that stretches the length of the cottage, This is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats. There are two queen beds in each bedroom. This cottage will sleep a total of 8 people comfortably. This rental is a duplex.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
