Hi! I'm from San Antonio, Texas, and I moved to the Port Aransas area after graduating from high school to attend Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi in 2008. Since then, I've built my career in property management with CCMS, who manages large condominium buildings in Port Aransas and oversees their rental programs. Port Aransas Vacation Rentals is a newer division within CCMS. CCMS has been operating since 1984, and I've worked with them in various capacities for the past 12 years!
I love living in Port Aransas, where I can walk my dog daily, spend time in the sun with my child, and surf whenever I can. Being a VRBO host is incredibly rewarding for me because I get to share this wonderful place with people who are visiting for the first time or returning year after year. I want them to experience what a coastal oasis this growing beach town is.
For me, being a host goes far beyond just renting out rooms; it's about providing an experience that guests can enjoy with their favorite people or even on their own. Taking time for yourself and carving out moments for your family is one of the most important things you can do. We're not here for a long time, but we are here for a good time! Vacations enrich our lives and help us maintain a positive mindset.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
This top-floor condo is located directly across from the pool area, right as you enter the community. It's conveniently close to all the amenities you can enjoy during your stay, and it's accessible for golf carts! Golf carts are available for rent around town, but please note that you cannot drive them on the highway. The great advantage of this location is that you don't need to access the highway; you can simply drive your golf cart straight to the beach!
