The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom a Queen and 2 full beds .The second half of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open living room / kitchen area has a full kitchen and a sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats. - Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
