Cape Cod Cottage is a freshly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the heart of Port A. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertaining and the beach, this is the perfect spot for your next vacation home! Perhaps best of all, there is a private pool for you and your guests to enjoy!

The living spaces were decorated in soothing coastal shades reminiscent of Cape Cod cottages. The kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops and high-end appliances. It includes everything you’ll need to create culinary masterpieces for your family. Through French doors, you’ll find yourself in a comfortable living room with cozy furniture, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace to enjoy. The dining table seats four guests. Feel free to pack light as there’s a washer and dryer for your use while you’re here! Step onto the front porch and rock in the rocking chairs as you feel yourself relaxing!

The primary suite has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also boasts a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is a bunk room with twin-size bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom. For your comfort and convenience, there are cozy bathrobes for you and your guests.

The backyard has a nice in-ground swimming pool and a fire pit. There are even a set of bikes to pedal around the island. Easily walk right over to Beach Street and many of the island’s finest restaurants will be found right there from seafood to Mexican, barbecue to Cajun!

The house was very clean and is perfectly located close to everything. The pool was a big hit for our son from the minute we arrived. With all the rain that the area experienced the week or so before our arrival, the mosquitos were no joke even during the day. And a few more dedicated hooks in and around the bathrooms to hang bath towels would make a family stay much easier. Overall our stay was very good.

Loved the property! Very clean and lots of room. Spacious kitchen and plenty of room at the dining table. The air conditioner works great! The only thing we didn’t love was the bathroom situation. There are 2 bathrooms but instead of a master bath, it’s in the smaller bunk room where I would guess you would put kids. Traveling with our adult children and a grandchild, my husband and I usually get the master. This time we had to share with 3 others. We managed, it did not cause any problems. Dishwasher was broken, a repair person did come to work on it but we were at the beach and they weren’t able to reach me until I checked my phone later. If I had been notified ahead of time I could have been there to get it repaired and we wouldn’t have had to hand wash the dishes. But again, we still loved the home. Perfect location, quiet and close to beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was good. But we had trouble getting the tv to work. My grandkids were a little upset cause the pool was dirty . Their were bird dropping near the pool. The only down thing is their are no dresser to put your clothes in so you have to leave it in your suitcase.

We have stayed at this property before. We came back because it was clean, has nice kitchen and has a private pool. We have never had problems and this will be our choice if we ever come back.

Awesome house with a small pool.

We come to Port A every year, this will definitely be booked again it was perfect for the family. Right in the middle of town with easy access to all the restaurants beach and bars. Five stars!!

We had an absolutely amazing time!! The property could not have been more perfect!! Loved having our own private pool!! The only problem I have to say is that we called and said a couple of the fans in the house were not working and they said they would have someone come and fix the problem but we never saw anyone.

This was a great property! It is close to the beach and my kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was in working order when we arrived and house was clean. We would definitely book again on our next trip!

Would recommend adding a deadbolt to the front door and adding at least salt and pepper in the kitchen. Convenient and clean
