From the living room, you will open onto the semi-independent kitchen, recently renovated, fully equipped with large fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle, toaster coffee maker etc. In this large kitchen you will find a table allowing you to eat for 6 people. The kitchen also overlooks the pool side.
For the sleeping area, you will benefit from a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed opening onto the terrace and two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
For amenities, you have a new bathroom on the ground floor, and a 2nd bathroom upstairs.
The house also has two toilets, one per floor.
As for the flowery exteriors of 1000m², you can enjoy a beautiful paved terrace, shaded by the large tree cut into a parasol, equipped with tables and chairs, allowing you to take your meals or spend your days relaxing at shade or sun depending on your preference.

Final cleaning is included and included in the price.
For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.
All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra.
Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.

A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
