The Flats on Church Street are Door County's newest, most modern vacation rentals. The days of kitsch and lace are over!



We built these rentals to give visitors to Door County something different. Each 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, a small kitchen, a king sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. They're centrally located within walking distance of all that Egg Harbor has to offer.



The Space:

The Flats were designed with the modern traveler in mind by renowned architects Johnsen Schmaling Architects of Milwaukee. This development was honored by the AIA-Wisconsin with an Honor Award in 2020. Each 500 sq ft flat has a bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen, as well as large windows that offer views of the private patio. Located within walking distance of Egg Harbor, the Flats offer easy access to a range of shops, restaurants, and bars.



The Flats were designed to make the most of the 500 sq ft of space, with a king-sized bed in the bedroom, a beautifully tiled shower with modern fixtures in the bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary amenities for meal preparation.



This space is ideal for couples, while the queen-sized sleeper sofa allows families with small children or groups of friends to stay comfortably.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to an entire apartment with private entrance.



The Neighborhood:

Egg Harbor is the Door County town that currently has the most "excitement". It's the first stop as you head up HWY 42. Dining, drinking and shopping options are abound. Some of our favorites include One Barrel Brewing, Pizza Bros, and Hatch Distillery. Main Street Market is within walking distance for your grocery needs.



Getting Around:

Egg Harbor is centrally located. The rest of the Door Peninsula is just a short drive away.

As the developers, hosts and managers of this home through our company, DoCo Vacations, we take a unique approach to hosting. Our goal is to maintain professional standards while still providing a personal touch. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and fully furnished rental property and making sure our guests have all the necessary supplies. The cozy linens we provide are professionally laundered by our staff.



We have a small team that helps us take care of all the details at our properties, but we are not a large rental management company that has lost the personal connection with our guests. We strive to provide the best of both worlds: professional service with a personal touch.
