Very convenient location near Crystal Pierce and little shops, coffee, dessert and eateries. Fun beach vibe and also close to our destination attractions this trip (Sea Wirld, Balboa Park and Little Italy) We have family to visit and had a nice place to retreat to when we all went in different directions. So fun and memorable!

Host was great and property was clean and generally as advertised. While I would stay here again, I would mention that the kitchen is very narrow and not well stocked for cooking, and the entrance to the front door from the alley where you park and even from the street side is a little sketch at night as it has zero lighting.

From the designated parking spot in the back of the unit, thereā€™s a locked gate you must go through. We had a lot of difficulty getting this gate opened Plus, we needed a flashlight to see the code This was frustrating from the beginning after a 6 hr drive and with a cranky 2 year old who who we had already taken out of the car. We finally did get it open While watching television in a room that has a common wall, someone knocked on the bedroom window and told us to turn the tv volumeDown. It wasnā€™t very loud whatsoever. We are.courteous people. But that was very annoying and had us paranoid about the tv for the next three nights we still had to stay there!!!! The air conditioning unit woke us up in the middle of the night !! It was making loud rattling sounds and at first, we thought it was the neighbor again ! We thought we were just a block from the ocean but we werenā€™t. We. Couldnā€™t see the ocean from any nearby block. Oh, and super negative is that the water in the shower took 15 minutes to get warm. We wonā€™t stay here again Oh, and on our 2nd night there, someone was parked in our designated parking spot!! Super bummer

Great place to stay! Close to everything and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. They even had beach chairs, an umbrella, and wagon to haul all your stuff to the beach. Pacific Beach is a new favorite for all of us. Really beautiful and so fun with all the activities. My only issue was the water temp in the showers of both bathrooms. Hot was cold and cold was hot. My husband figured this out fairly quickly though so it wasn't a major issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect for walking anywhere. Very clean and has everything youā€™ll need, including your own parking space. Having the AC is definitely a plus. Would stay here every vacation to pacific beach.

Wonderful stay in SD

Very nice place with great set up for 2 couples. Only concerns: only one dish towel, shower door didnt glide smoothly, and coffee machine didnā€™t work. But overall we were very happy with this rental.

This was an amazing property. The house layout made staying with a family of 4 easy and relaxing. Having 2 bathrooms was such an advantage over other accommodations. The location is fantastic - close to beaches andbgreat food.

Nice Location - Easy Parking

The overall experience at this location was great. Itā€™s in walking distance to the boardwalk. Parking is provided. The unit was nice and clean. There were a few issues that need to be addressed. The microwave door handle was broken. The hallway, bathroom, shower doors came off the tracks and almost fell on me. The bathroom faucets were quite loose. The refrigerator was nice, but the ice machine doesnā€™t work or it wasnā€™t hooked up although there was bags of ice in the freezer for us so that was nice. It was a benefit to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Very nice place!

I stayed in this property for 3 nights for a weekend while visiting my daughter who lives in the areas. It was perfect for my needs. Close to restaurants and shops and the pier. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very receptive. I would definitely stay here again.

All was fine. Might mention though that the bottom sheet in the smaller bedroom was either dirty or stained. Small spot but noticeable. Just slept on top of the bed.

Great price, great location and great rental. Well appoointed 2Br 2Ba close to beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. Street is quiet though which was lovely. They made great use of the space. We would stay here again.
