Amazing remodeled Beach Bungalow with brand new air conditioning!! Only 40 steps from the beach, enjoy the third-story rooftop patio with 360 view including Pacific Beach, La Jolla and the bay. Take it all in as you cook on your outdoor gas barbecue.
Steps away from beautiful Mission Beach and close to the bay. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have queen-sized beds. New sectional couch with pull out sleeper. New stainless steel appliances. Large new 55" 4K TV in living room, TV's in each bedroom. Washer dryer in unit. New high end stone counter top through out. Free wireless high speed internet. There is designated parking in the garage directly next to the unit. DOGS ARE PERMITTED w/ Owner approval (a pet fee is charged). Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups wine glasses, etc... well stocked. Best location because we are one house from boardwalk so you get the views without the massive number of people walking in front of your home. Steps away from the bayside. Stroll down to Belmont Park, Mission Beach's amusement park full of Fun and activities for all. Also very close to restaurants, bars, shops and the Crystal Pier. Best value in San Diego's beautiful Mission / Pacific Beach.

What a great spot, secure garage parking for our rental car, we were able to walk to some great food spots and amazing coffee from Better Buzz. Not to mention around the corner from the beach and jogging/walking area..This home is centrally located to all things san diego and a short under hour distance to the Safari Park and Legoland. The rooftop deck was great to enjoy the fresh air and relax. We would definitely book again! Thanks for the memories

We had a great vacation! Amazing location with so much to do without driving. Loved the rooftop deck after a long day at the beach. Fausto was great and provided everything we needed. We hope to come back soon!

Beach was totally obstructed parking was not safe. No broom to sweep up sand. No wash cloths or bathmat ( very slippery tub). Mattress in large room totally broke down as well as the couch. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 2 older women.

We had a great week and felt the accommodations worked great for our family of 4. The place is clean and well cared for. We used the bikes provided and rented kids bikes down the road. Our kids used the sand toys and boogie boards all week. The area feels safe and easily accessible! We enjoyed dinners on the rooftop as well as walkable restaurants. We did notify the owner that the front mattress could use an upgrade which he said he would address promptly. Overall we were very happy with our stay! -one tip worth noting-there is a hose in the garage that hooks up to the outdoor faucet, this would have been good to know at the beginning of the week as we were managing a lot of sand with the kids!

This place is just steps to the beach!! Great location and cute little place with a fun roof too with a grill and table all set up!! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location of this property! Close to so many great restaurants and very close to the ocean! The rooftop patio was great! We did not use the washing machine or cook in the kitchen so I can’t comment on the use of those items.

Great beach house

Family visit to San Diego. This house was a great location to enjoy the beach and also a short drive to downtown. Love the rooftop patio in the morning.

Perfect little getaway for the family

This was a great place to stay. Its right by the beach and had a really nice private rooftop patio which we used when we were not at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location couldn’t be better — so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Having beach equipment and kids’ toys available in the garage was such a thoughtful touch and made our trip so much easier. Parking access was also a big plus.A few small things could make the stay even better — having a larger amount of extra linens and towels on hand, as well as a vacuum would be really helpful since sand tends to come in easily being so close to the beach.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again! :)

Location was easy access to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Could not figure out how to use the coffeemaker and the wifi was not strong.

Everything you need within steps from the beach. Fast response times from the property manager/owner. A TV went out during our stay and was replaced same day. Our family would stay here again.

I have contacted the VRBO people about this property. It was dirty, the bed was broken, the bbq is extremely rusted, the host quit talking to me the last days. I asked the host to have the place cleaned. He did. I asked the host to have the bedding changed, and not with the bedding in the garage. He said that it's impossible to remove all the stains and hair from the bedding. I asked the host to fix the bed. He said it was fixed. I ended up having to put a paint can and books under the bed to hold it up. The WiFi went out the last 2 days. The host said that there was a power outage that never fixed it self in 2 days time. The dishwasher has an extreme amount of mold. The host said he could have it replaced but doesn't know when, then never spoke about it again. Dishes were dirty at arrival. The light fixture was hanging from ceiling, Electrical outlets were left uncovered, Parking is extremely tight. If you have anything bigger than a crv and cannot back in. There is basically no parking for you. It is close to the beach, and sea world. That's the only good thing.

Hi Erik, your description of events could not be further from the truth. You called me upset because the floors were not cleaned I know for a fact that they were, you had an issue with the dishwasher. I offered you full refund at that exact moment because I could already sense where you were going with these complaints. You did not accept it and I sent back the cleaners to take care of any issues you had. They changed your sheets and cleaned the property per your instructions. Yes ATT had an area outage and it was out of my control I spent hours on the phone with them trying to get this resolved but was unsuccessful. In the end you stayed for your entire vacation and called to ask for a full refund to which I said no and now you have followed through with your threat to wrongfully disparage our home because we did not agree to give you all your money back. You are part of a growing number of guests that try to threaten hosts with bad reviews in exchange for a refund and I just won't agree to this type of behavior. Our home is not perfect but we do everything we can to make it a great experience for our guests. We buy new sheets and towels approximately every 6-8 weeks, we address most reasonable guest concerns or suggestions and we enjoy a large number of repeat guests. I am confident that 99% of the people who rent our home will have enjoy their stay.
