You can't beat the location at the Redwood Retreat! Less than 3 minutes to Sunset Marina, this gorgeous lakehouse is located above the Obey River Campground, which is adjacent to Sunset Marina. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and gas stations. Did I mention the views? Views galore from every level in the house. With almost 4,000 sq. feet that can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably, it has plenty of places to gather after a day at the lake, but also having privacy in your own living areas. There is also 1,700 sq. feet of decking areas to enjoy the view.

Upon entering the home you will see the gorgeous views through our expansive windows, soaring 25 foot ceiling, as well as a 20 ft. stacked stone fireplace for those chilly summer nights. The great room has plenty of seating, with an open floor plan with a fabulous fully-equipped kitchen seating 12. Watch a movie or cook a great dinner. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a master bath and television. The laundry is also on the main level. All linens and towels, as well as paper goods are included. This home is equipped with WiFi and Directv. Did I mention that we also have a screened-in porch area off the kitchen that comes with an outdoor fireplace and outdoor t.v. ? This is a great place to play a game of cards, board game or just relax and check out the views. If you have some in your group that doesn't like stairs, this level is for them.

Our loft area is a great place to sit and read a book or check out the fabulous views. This top level has two large bedrooms, with the largest bedroom complete with a t.v. and gaming system. This level has a full bath.

The lower level has 9 1/2 ft. ceilings and is its own living area complete with two bedrooms, bathroom and a great recreational area. The main area has comfortable seating to check out a movie including a dvd player and lots of dvds, as well as a pool table. The best thing about the lower level is that it has its own full kitchen, complete with a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Plenty of places to gather but separation at the same time. The lower level has great views of the lake and has its own deck areas as well, which come with seating and a hot tub!

Not only is the house wonderful, but so is the courtyard. Complete with a great firepit! It has plenty of seating, chairs, and even a table for outdoor dining. The gas grill is great for bbqs and some corn hole after a day at the lake. This area has amazing views.

We have a 1 car attached garage that has a ping pong table. Parking is not allowed in the garage. We have two concrete driveways for plenty of parking. Please keep in mind that the house is situated next to a steep, gravel road. Vehicles travel the road all the time, but boat owners must park their boats and trailers at the marina or rent a temporary slip at the marina. You can now book boat slips in advance by phone at Sunset Marina.
*Please note that our 2 outdoor umbrellas are put in storage beginning Nov. 1st and are not put back out until Memorial Weekend.

****We are on "6 day" rentals during June, July, and most of August. Check-in on Saturday with check-out the following Friday.

We hope you will choose this lakehouse for your next trip to Dale Hollow! Sorry, NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed at any time at this property. My son is highly allergic. NO smoking in the house or on the decks, only outside in the courtyard area. Two outside doors are equipped with Skybells that have audio and visual. We also have three outdoor security cameras. They are located on our driveways and outer yard perimeters.
There are stairs in the home and we also have two very high decks on the outside of the property. Children are welcome and baby gates are provided but please understand that this home is not "child proofed." Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
