Family Friendly, Lake Front Condo on Quiet Southern Part of the Smith Mtn Lake

Come and enjoy the sunrise on the big waters of Smith Mountain Lake from one of the decks of this 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo on the top floor at Highland Pointe on the southern part of the lake. From the morning sunrises, to the beautiful vistas from just about every window, this condo is the perfect place to unwind and make memories. The condo is equipped with a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including an automatic ice maker to keep the cooler full), and a very well stocked selection of cookware and utensils.

The condo has two bedrooms on the main level, and one loft bedroom overlooking the main living area. The first main floor bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom, television, dvd player, and small deck overlooking the docks and community pool. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway. The loft bedroom has a queen size bed and private full bathroom and its' own private deck overlooking the lake where you can wake up to the most beautiful sunrises. It also has a love seat that opens up to a full bed to accommodate children or additional guests as necessary.

The living room has a leather couch and loveseat, both with recliners on each end for watching tv or movies on the 55 inch smart tv. We also have good cell service, complementary wireless internet, and basic cable channels. The eating area features an elevated table that comfortably seats 6 people in front of a bay window providing more views of the lake.

The condo Includes a full sized cloths washer and dryer. A boat slip is available for you to bring or rent a boat. Condo amenities include a community pool with hot tub, private on-site boat ramp, and a tennis/basketball/pickleball court a short walk from the condo. There is even a secure storage lot to park your boat trailer after putting your boat in the water.
